I bought bearing and oil for our roller skates, they work great. The lady working was very helpful and friendly.

I spent $350 a week ago at this store on snowboarding gear and I wore the pants one time and they ripped. The pants were $100 so I just wanted to return them and get my money back to buy a new pair. I tried to take them back today and I was welcomed with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. The two kids there had no idea what they were doing and at first we’re going to accept them as a return and give me a gift card and then changed there mind saying they can’t return used products even with the receipt and original tags with the pants. I was getting frustrated and said how much money I spent and the kids said well the pants aren’t even a 1/3 of the cost and you can still wear the pants with the little rip in them. Are you kidding me? They even called their manager and he said use your discretion as to what to do and then they decided not to accept them at all. I was very upset and had some choice words and as I was leaving one of the kids said this isn’t a rental store. It sure isn’t and corporate will be hearing from me and it’s nice to know that whoever trained these kids has no respect for their customers. That will be the last time I ever spend money at zumiez and I’ve been a customer for many years. If I could’ve gave them a negative rating I would.

dont get mad at ppl for asking for shoes if u only keep them in the back.. likee i cant go back there and get them myself. giving me dirty looks because i want new shoes on my birthday, like chill its ur job? nobodies forcing u to work there _-_

Went to get christmas gifts and there was a sale going on, but they had forgotten to give me 50 percent off on an item. so i had to get a refund, and do the transaction again. which is fine if i weren’t broke and had to literally pay twice for my purchase. i literally didn’t have enough to pay the full amount the second time. the thing that angered me the most was that they told me that it would be back on my card less than a hour after it happened. There is literally no way to reach Zumiez support and it’s been 2 full days and I still haven’t received my money. From here on out if I want something from this store i will be doing online only. I do not recommend this place.

Devin and Alexis were excellent employees. I came in and had a major problem and left with no problem at all they were sympathetic employees and had my best interest 5 STARS.

Got my brother a gold chain and called and asked if we could return it because I found out someone else already got him one and they explained to me they couldn’t except it. So we called who they told us to and they refused to return it because it wasn’t from their website. I don’t understand why you would sell jewelry you aren’t able to return. It’s literally never even come out of the box and then the contact to return it how they wanted us to they refused and hung up.

Why am I paying more for my decks than if I ordered from you off your website...and no shoes? Get with it..I'm a Globe and DVS fan...they didn't have any of those at this location and I ended up ordering off the internet.
