We’ve had lots of fun at the Premium Meat Academy Cooking course. Thanks to Tom Tom for bringing us through the details of the meat cooking as well as answering any other cooking questions. Great atmosphere, fun jokes and lots of knowledge, all you can wish for during a cooking course! While cooking we were also given a nice level of autonomy to try ourselves and be responsible for the process we are overtaking. Overall, highly recommended 😊

I had a really good experience cooking with my colleagues, we had so much fun! The chef and the crew are very attentive, patient and friendly. The food was amazing, very delicious and easy to make. As we were chatting and drinking, we didn’t receive the details of each recipe. It would be good to have the recipes to take home and try to make by ourselves as well. But overall, very positive experience!

Had a business activity / event. Best I have ever had. The interaction with Tom Tom was fantastic. Highly recommended. Loced the experience and each of us had ownership on what we served for our 3 course meal. Such fun.

This was our second course here, and we loved it again! This time we did the Mediterranean course, and we made a fantastic beef and okra ragu as the main dish (photo). This is a great way to spend an afternoon or evening. Be sure to book early! We hope to do another course soon!

It is the best idea to let people cook together. Its really amazing to have the opportunity to cook with a group. About the staff they are really sweet and helpful and they really know what they do. They give you advices on the basics of cooking and its so interesting!

Fantastic! We had a kitchen party with over 40 people and it was really fun and delicious. Perfect organization, service & support by the two Chefs Gabriel and Kalle and their teams that day, preparation upfront by La Cocina Office also very professional. 100% recommended. We shall return to do another Kitchen party some day in the future.

We had a wonderful evening doing a group cooking event. Gabriel was an excellent host and teacher, skillfully taking our large group through preparing a 3 course meal (in both German and English!). The mood was great and the food was delicious! I can highly recommend!!

One of the best cooking schooles in the area of Hamburg! Really impressive cooking work and team work by the team of Remy and Marisol but also innovative work in the kitchen! The food is delicious and even without any cooking expertise we were able to make some mind-blowing burgers! A place to go to and try out!

We had an amazing Sunday afternoon! We cooked a very tasty vegetarian menu and had a lot of fun with Ramy and Manu! They guided us so we were able to prepare sophisticated and tasty dishes without being complicated!! I fully recommend!!
