I'm really sorry, but this establishment does need a renovation. Usually, each mall tenant has to redone its interior every 5 y. But I guess this gym hasn't done so. And also their Air Conditioner is broken. The F&B air vent is leaking into the gym. Can you imagine sweating and also smelling like a roast beef? It's really not ideal.

Gold’s Gym. This Gold's Gym is a chain fitness center from the USA and this one located on the 3rd floor of Cilandak Town Square or abbreviated as CITOS at Jalan TB Simatupang, Cilandak, South Jakarta. This Gym area is so wide and filled with various fitness equipment such as static cycling, stepper, treadmill, weight lifting, dumble, and so many others. There's also some room for members doing activities without equipment such as joining an aerobic class and other class activities only with helping tools like a ball, dumbbell. People come to this gym for different reasons, some of them may want to maintain ideal body weight or do body shaping and slimming programs. I went there to measure the costume size of members who join the program Bye Bye Big Competition in losing weight.

Golds gym at citos. Start with the pluses....good crowd and rarely overly crowded. Sometimes a bit full. Trainers are mostly good and actually work with their client keeping an eye on them. A friendly staff always with a smile. A good mix of equipment but not as ergonomic as other brands. I do not use the classes but they seem sparsely attended. The minus...the place is hot. They have recently added air units but still on the warm side. They should add some fans throughout the place. Locker aroom is functional but not enough benches. Overall...for an indonesian gym..acceptable.

14 mos ago was my favorite, no longer now. Place a bit run down. Need to fix tread mills and rowing machine properly. Sauna also not hot enough. Sorry rating lowered to 2. Considering cancelling my membership at the moment!

For sure I enjoy to be a member of gold gym. But sorry I have one suggestion, please the AC or cooler room more be noticed. Because when I'm in the room the atmosphere is little hot. Overall is good. 🙏

Pros: It has almost all the necessary equipment needed for a good workout. Pros: The staff are friendly Cons: For a 'Golds Gym' with a free weights area they need 1 or 2 more Olympic barbells! Cons: A number of stack machines need servicing, they either stick, or certain weights are broken. Cons: They need better air con! If you are doing a heavy intense workout, it's the heat that will kill you first! You just get the feeling the whole place needs a bit of money spent on it, it's looking a little run down for the money you pay.

Big fitness centre. So far the biggest Golds gym in jakarta, i guess? Ac not too cold which is good for training, equipment is a lot and varies. Really remommended fitness centre in south jakarta.

Bad service for membership, customer service and personal trainer. Not worth the price.

I chose the right place. I like it. 1. The equipment is well maintained. 2. All staffs are very courteous. 3. All areas, especially the locker, is very clean. 4. There is sauna on-site. The only suggestion i have is to improve the air conditioning system. Cooler air will be good. As with any gym, picking the right time is the key to less crowd. Use google map listing to see which hours are less crowded. It has been useful to me.

Good range of equipment. However the AC unit is under powered big time. It looks like they have bought in a new unit but this is also struggling to cope. Also needs a smith machine. Apart from that lovely place to train.

During PPKM they don't provide towels, soap and shampoos. I'm okay with the absence of towels but what's with the soap and shampoo 🤔 this is like a low budget gym, very inconvenience for me.

The Equipment and the location is great but, THE MARKETING OR ADMIN HERE IS TERRIBLE. THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY FOR THEIR BONUSES BUT UNCONTACTABLE IF YOU WANT TO TAKE A BREAK OR STOP THE MEMBERSHIP. LOOKS LIKE SCAMMER. THINK TWICE IF YOU WANT TO SIGN UP HERE.
