I ended up waiting in the emergency room for almost 2 hours during Covid-19 pandemic. As for the internist / medical specialist, I choose dr. Eric Halim Sumampow; he was kind and helpful for my healing and recovery after being discharged. Some of the nurses / nun were nice, but some were not but not in the worst way. They seemed to often have missed communication between nurses and between department. The hospital itself has a comfortable room for one-person bed, a clean bathroom, hot water for shower and various choices of TV channel. The best thing was the food. I have so many request because I’m allergic to some food and quite a picky eater. At that moment, I didn’t eat rice, fish, seafood, chocolate, cheese, peanuts and milk. Despite all that, they still managed to serve proper food for me and balanced my nutrition. Therefor I still have an appetite even when I'm sick.
