    I have been living in Medan for nearly 20 years and never been to another hospital except Elisabeth,never disappointed so far. Nice buildings and antic and one of the heritage buildings in Medan. Staff very helpful.. Dr Budianto is the best

The nurse answered yes and you can take a photo of the results, there is clearly a photo of the results of the latest blood check and the results of my grandmother's ultrasound, but for explanation, the nurse said, the Dr will explain, we have informed this to the Dr, said the nurse, and The next day I was very happy that Dr. continued to visit on Sunday, he explained the latest lab results, and we also asked about the results of the kidney ultrasound but Dr. said he didn't know the results yet, he asked the nurse about the results, the nurse also went out to get the patient's file, but Dr asked where? It's hard to tell the Dr. even though my grandmother here pays the general fee, if once the nurse is overwhelmed, we will understand that we are not the only patients, but this has happened several times, the information has been left out, please At the level of communication between nurses and Drs or training the nurses about what reporting to Drs looks like.     It's wonderful hospital,, b'cause very old building and designed,, seem still tidy and clean,, well managed. Doctors and nurses with all staffs experience and hospitality πŸ™πŸ™πŸ™
