I wish i can give 10 stars. I chose this hotel for my parents on their long stay in Medan. It turns out they are more than happy to stay in this hotel. The service is excellent, staff is helpful (most of the time helping them with grab/gojek car), and breakfast is great. I join them after some time and was allowed to stay in the room (minus breakfast). I just need the coffee in the morning actually and I can say this coffee from fountain cafe is one of the best. It is an inn, so expect not something big. It is just actually enough for us with this price - can not ask for more. What needs to be improved is only bathroom maintenance. Lots of mold in the floor and wall (between tiles) which can be a problem later in the future if it is not taken care of. I stayed once in Cordela Cirebon which was satisfying and now here in Medan. Would surely put Cordela group in my list whenever I visit places in Indonesia.
