    Lebaran kemarin bawa orang tua ke RS ini. Ruangan cukup luas utk ukuran BPJS kelas 3. Tenaga medis khususnya perawat tolong ramah sedikit sama pasien. Kamar terutama lemari penyimpanan banyak kecoa. Jadi tidak bisa simpan makanan di situ. Yg lebih menyebalkan ketika org tua mau pulang perawat tidak menyampaikan ke pasien. Padahal dokter sudah ACC boleh Pulang. Yg harusnya bisa pulang siang/sore org tua saya jadi pulang malam. Semoga bisa di perbaiki

    Anak2 saya beberapa kali di rawat disini . IGDnya cepat tanggap dan petugas yg jaga ramah2. Kamar kelas 1 nya bersih cuma ada nyamuk dan sampahnya di kamar mandi lama diangkat . Perawat anak ada yg tidak ramah dgn anak2, anak saya pernh dilap pas mandi sambil ngomel2, sampai dia takut, dan ada yg tdak sabaran karena anak saya bolak balik cabut infus , katanya marahin aja kk, gmn mau marahin orang masih bayi, wajar la dia bosan .meskipun lebih byak perawat yg ramah sih. dan makannny kurang bgt sih, tiap pagi sering cuma bubur dan telur aja.agak kurang pas menunya untuk anak2. Tapi smoga lebih baik lagi pelayanannya ya

Aduh sangat kecewa, dengar wahai kakak yg kerja di resepsionis (didepan) kalian melayani dominan orang tua, tidak harus membentak apalagi dengan raut wajah yang sangat arogan.
