Amazing service! I found Elisa through a Facebook group where she was doing a special offer. For some unknown reason, unfortunately the first set didn’t take to my lashes very well and had a lot of fall out but Elisa quickly booked me back in and redid them at no cost - they look amazing and are holding up very well! Elisa makes you feel comfortable and is so easy to talk to through the appointment but also plays great music for when you just feel like relaxing. Could not recommend higher and will be booking in again for my refill!

Would highly recommend for brows and lashes! Such a lovely lady makes you feel extremely welcome and comfortable throughout the treatment. Elisa really listens to how you want your brows and lashes to look and does exactly what you ask which is so hard to find!! She always keeps my lashes super healthy and only does what she thinks is best for you and your lashes. I have previously had issues with eyelash pulling due to anxiety and she was so understanding and non-judgemental. Also super understanding of the student budget and schedule. Couldn’t recommend her more :)

I got my brows shaped and tinted, and then a massage from Elisa. She did an exceptional job of it all. My brows are perfect, the colour is great - especially appreciated, being blonde - and the massage was awesome (and I’ve had lots of massages). The space was very comfortable and Elisa is lovely. Will definitely be back!

This was my first time getting my eyebrows done with Elisa, and I must say, I will be definitely be coming back! Even though it’s not my local, I think it’s worth the travel. She made me feel at ease, very relaxed and loved how my eyebrows ended up looking :)
