This
in
only
in
regard
to
the
pharmacy
and
their
complete
lack
of
communication
with
patients
-
especially
when
there
is
a
delay
of
any
kind.
I
recently
received
an
email
that
a
medication
I
take
is
"out
of
stock."
I
call
a
week
later,
because,
of
course,
no
follow-up
on
their
part.
They
tell
me
"it's
an
insurance
issue;
it's
too
soon
to
refill."
These
are
two
entirely
different
things.
And
honestly,
they
have
screwed
up
refilling
this
medication
so
often,
that
sometimes
I
don't
get
it
until
the
next
month,
so
I
miss
a
month
entirely
-
which
they
usually
somehow
blame
on
me.
I'm
going
to
pull
ALL
of
my
prescriptions
from
Walgreens
and
find
another
pharmacy.
I
can't
deal
with
this
level
of
consistent
incompetence
any
longer
(this
pre-dates
COVID,
so
it's
not
the
lack
of
or
turnover
of
staff).
Anything
has
to
be
better
than
this.
