Since I’m being kept up against my will at 11:30pm, I’m writing this review while I’m good and hacked off. Let’s start with something that I’ve never seen before in any of the hundred or so hotels I’ve stayed in… a thermostat that’s limited by the management to not go below 68. I like my room cold at night, so this was a bit annoying and quite unexpected. No other guests used the pool that I saw in the time that we were there. So it was clean. But they don’t bother to turn the lights on at night. The only lighting at the pool came from the parking lot. The nice lighting that’s around the pool is off. Now to the worst part. It’s 11:30 pm, and there’s loud music that is reverberating through the building. I’m on the 3rd floor, and I can hear the music from my room. I go down to see if they can ask whoever the offending guest(s) is/are to turn down the music (because the phone in my room doesn’t work), and the music is coming from a party in one of the meeting rooms downstairs. It takes almost 10 minutes to find the employee who is supposed to be working the front desk. I’m told management has said the party will be going until midnight, so there’s nothing they can do about it. The abysmal customer service at this hotel is appalling. The management seems to be utterly incompetent as to the needs of their guests. I suppose some bean counters some where have decided that these decisions were good ideas, so they’ve put their financial interests above the comfort of their guests. In which case I think they shouldn’t have any guests. If you don’t want to spend your late Saturday night in a noisy room that you can’t get cold enough, then more power to you. Otherwise, don’t say I didn’t warn you to stay somewhere else.

If you are looking for the perfect getaway with your family and friends. The Hampton is the place. I stay there every time I visit and look forward to booking for my next stay cation.. Use your credit card often because those reward points place a major impact!

Great location and value for our quick weekend visit. The staff person on-duty when we had a late check-in was extremely helpful getting us settled. Breakfast is a great plus for families and they have an outdoor pool. We didn't use it but it looked nice and clean. Location was along main street where stores and restaurants are nearby.

We arrived with no reservation after running for our lives from a different hotel. We stayed a week and it was great! Clean pool, great food, the Rosa I think was the ladies name she was always cleaning. I really enjoyed it and it made the trip home for a visit so much better.

Visiting family and this was a great location. The hotel was nice, the room was large, and it was relatively quite. This is an older hotel but it has been well taken care of. The breakfast was ok. The staff was nice and helpful. Overall a good stay.

Great location. That is the best part. Very friendly staff at breakfast..the breakfast was not very appealing. Quite a low standard for any Hampton Inn.So we went to nearby Panera. Rooms were stained -Carpets and drawers..The room service is a hot or miss, and offered every other 2 days ...and very low water pressure The front desk gives mixed messages. I asked for a different room, one of the staff tried to help, but it never materialized Was not worth my spend at this hotel. I will not be staying here at this location anymore.. A holiday vacation focused on room cleanliness and not unwinding.

Having stayed here multiple times over the years now, EVERY single employee has treated me like family and when I arrive I know I'm right at home. You can't put a price on that. For the first time I stayed in a suite. It's the most spacious, beautiful suite one can imagine. Thank you to your entire team for redefining hospitality. Will not ever be forgotten. I know I speak for many.

We had to travel into town for a family funeral and my GF had just broken her foot and was in a cast and on crutches so we requested a handicap room which they were able to accomodate (212). The front desk was friendly and we had no problem with the check-in. The room was ok, not great by no means. The view from our window was a plywood access door to the overhang on the front of the hotel. The noise of people running in the halls upstairs and stomping around was annoying at times but it never lasted all night. The handicap seat in the shower needs some maintenance as it does not sit correctly when folded down for use. It has a downward angle when lowered and makes you feel as if it is a bit unsafe. There were also long black hairs around the drain and scattered about the bathroom. When I went to iron my shirt for the service, the ironing board was broken. I tried calling the front desk to have another one brought up but there was no answer. I noticed the maid's cart in the hallway and asked her to swap it out. She did not speak any English so I went and got the ironing board to show her and she did not understand what I was requesting. I ended up just walking into the room she was cleaning and took the one from that closet. Now that I finally had a functional ironing board I tried to iron my clothes only to have the iron leak all over my shirt. Not detrimental but very frustrating. The other annoying thing is the TV and TV/Dish remote. The TV's screen aspect ratio was somehow set so that only the middle of the screen worked and the edges were blacked out. The remote had more confusing tiny buttons on it than needed for a hotel room remote (none that would get you to a menu to fix the screen ratio). It literally took 15 minutes to figure out how to turn the TV off. If you are reading this and having the same problem, you must find the tiny red button below the larger (still small) power button. You must hold this button down for 5 to 10 seconds to get the TV to turn off. Just pressing the bigger power button would only turn off the Dish box and the TV would display a message about turning the satellite receiver on to watch TV. Lastly, I know the room is ADA compliant, but it could use a few things to make it better for the non-handicap people that may use the room or be sharing it with the handicapped person. For example, a hook or a second clothes rod at a normal level to hang longer coats or dresses would be nice.

The hotel was nice, but they forgot to put hand soap our room and also condioner. We called about both separately, they brought the soap, but didn't have people to bring the conditioner. 😔 But I LOVED the breakfast, best hotel breakfast I've had in a LONG TIME!
