The staff always are always very friendly, and even as a nervous patient I feel at ease. Never pressured into anything, but given straightforward advice on how to proceed. Can't recommend them enough

I have been attending Damira for many years now and have always found them welcoming. I have never had to wait, it is ususally a straight in and out afair. No long waiting times for your appointment etc. I have been using them for years now and have always found they staff helpful and pleasant, Renata my dentist is excellent and gives me advice on any issues that I might need to keep an eye on. Sarah my nurse, is always helpful as are all the staff working there, from Amy in reception and the pleasant welcoming environment.

Really great service. I arrived a few minutes late and the team were so lovely and reassuring. It was my son’s first visit and so was quite nervous - Dr Matloob and Sarah were so kind and helpful. Really trying to put him at ease. During my appointment they helped with my son so I could be seen properly. Sarah was particularly helpful and was so grateful for her kind words while my son was screaming 🙈. Was a really great experience all in all. Also the reception staff were just so kind (not your typical receptionists) Donna was really helpful when organising future appointments and Ryan was really great when I had to rearrange my initial appointment. Actually felt like I was talking to people instead of just a machine. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome. Really appreciate your time! Damira is a great dentists practice. Always there to help and are extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Renata is a wonderful dentist kind and patient with me and my fears. The team here are amazing! I've been a patient here for about 9 months and prior to this I had suffered with really bad dental anxiety for years and although not completely cured, I can walk into the practice without panicking. Amy and Ryan greet you with a welcoming friendly smile on reception and Sarah, the nurse makes you feel so at ease! Dr Matloob is brilliant, he's been very reassuring and helpful every appointment. This is definitely a practice I would recommend to anyone, especially those that like my self have suffered with dental anxiety!

Attended at short notice and saw dentist 'R' who was brilliant.. He arranged for me to see Jogpreet an hour later who was assisted by Sarah. Great team! Very professional - quick - pain free filling. Reception staff Amy and Ryan were also very attentive, helpful and polite. Thanks also to the practice manager Laura for her understanding and help too. Great practice - highly recommended

Visited for my usual 6 month check up yesterday. Was booked in with Renata and Sarah. I would like to say that these two are top of the team there at Hillcrest. They are so helpful, friendly and above all, very professional and gentle while dealing with my teeth. I have been a customer at Hillcrest for many years and these two have dealt with my teeth 99% of the time. They deserve a gold medal each for there efforts !

I am put at ease from the minute I enter the door, from the receptionists Donna and Ebony to my dentist Ridwan and of course Anna. Very professional and knowledgeable. Very helpful, in fact I think of them as my friends and would recommend anyone to this practice.

Ridhwan and Anna were so lovely, made me feel right at ease, as I don’t like the dentist all that much. Ebony was so chatty and really made me feel welcomed. Lovely experience.

I moved to this practice last year after seeing how well they looked after my elderly father in law at an emergency appointment. The reception staff are always really helpful responding quickly to telephone messages. I am a nervous patient with arthritis in my jaw, so a bit of a nightmare for any dentist. My dentist Renata and dental nurse Sarah are excellent, always putting me at ease and clearly explaining my options. I have recently undergone some lengthy treatments for a root canal and the service has been exceptional. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Went to Hillcest for the first time today, the dentist was lovely and explained what he had found and what treatment he felt necessary. There was no pressure to have the treatment done straight away. Overall the experience was very satisfactory.

I have recently received excellent service at Damira Hillcrest. Donna and Ebony in reception were very friendly and helpful. Dental nurse Sarah and denist Ridhwan were attentive and skillful. My course of treatment was painless and they both went to great lengths to ensure i was fully informed about the procedures and as relaxed as possible throughout. I am very happy with the treatment i received.

I used to be totally petrified of dentists. Not now! I see Renata and Sarah. They are professional, friendly, kind, explain everything and most importantly, I feel safe. I no longer panic before or during the appointment. My appointment this morning was just a very good, calm experience. My teeth are in very good hands!

My self and my wife June have been with the practise for a number of years now and have found the staff to be very good, My wife had a bad experience with a dentist as a child but has the confidence to go to Damira witch says a lot about their ability to deal with peoples varied needs.

Am very scared of the dentist. It took me 20years and a lot of pain and a trip to the dentist with my grandson . My daughter explains that am very scared at this point in tears ......the dentist took his time and explained treatment ect and now I go to every appointment. Damira Hillcrest go above and beyond to respect your wishes and treatment has come along way in 20years plus . Highly recommend 👌

After having major issues with my previous dentist practice, I had to look for another one. Damia Hillcrest Dental Practice was highly recommended by quite a few people I know. So I took the plunge and called them and I don't regret my decision at all. Hillcrest Dental Surgery = Fantastic service, polite receptionists and they managed to get me an appointment within a week for my daughter and I. The dentist who saw us both was a lovely lady and a fantastic dentist. Highly recommened this practice to anyone I know!! Look forward to my next appointment 😀

Excellent, crumbling old filling removed, root canal done in preparation for crown. All done without any injection and totally painless. Bit uncomfortable at time as it was a very back tooth so not easy to get at. However, all done swiftly, it does take a bit more time than a regular filling but very professionally done.

The moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile the lady booked me in and explained my dentist was running 15 minutes late that was fine with me. I was called and taken to my dentist and all I can say my treatment from start to finish was excellent as always would recommend any time
