Got a lovely salad to eat from the kitchen downstairs. Went upstairs at 14:30 on tuesday 28th September and after asking for english breakfast tea the lady said to me "you aren't going to eat that here are you" as if I'd bought something alien into the shop. She said due to VAT i couldn't bring anything else in from downstairs. Left for starbucks instead. Little abrupt manner find it super ridiculous as starbucks even allowed me to eat this in their store.

I have been exclusively shopping for food at this outlet. I find that it is always very nit, clean and the customer service is their highest priority. If something is missing on the shelf they will check with the scanner on spot and if it is in stock, they will bring it to the shop floor for you even if it is only one item. NOT BUTS AND IFS! The prices are compared to other markets lower with a higher quality of the same product even though it is an essential M&S brand. The only thing I wish is that Sam from customer service could be more friendly and smiley. No offence Sam. Just smile more...

This store is a disgrace to the Marks & Spencer brand. Even when there's a massive queue of elderly people and mothers with prams, they refuse to open the tills - instead leaving everyone to struggle on the self service. When you ask them to open one, they could not care less. There are often so many young workers hanging about but they just stand and watch. It's disgusting.

Very pleasant lady serving in the café. Nice latte. Plenty of seating and toilets on the same floor.

When we visited it was very quiet in the store, and in the cafe. Like all M&S stores there was a good selection of goods on sale. The only reason I knocked off a star was that the coffee (I rarely drink coffee) was too hot and I mean hot!. I literally had to wait ten minutes before I could drink it. At least they had full fat milk. And the coffee was really good. Windsor is well worth a visit.

A great open clean store. There is wheelchair accessible doors and wide aisles to fit wheelchair, double and even triple buggies. Childrens wear is downstairs which is great as there have been times in other stores where childrenswear is on another level but the lift isnt working 🙄 A good selection of clothes for toddlers. The quality of the clothing is absolutely fantastic. There are toilets upstairs and does have a disabled toilet (which I think has a changing table included). Has a food hall also which is always spot on for food 👌 Located on the high street so easily accessible

Friendly lady at the food checkout! Good meal deals to be had. The food hall was a little small and the lighting wasn't good in the store in general. The cloths seemed more fuddy daddy than before. Little disappointed in the cloths design and quality..especially the shoes.

Nice size M&S - large clothing selection for women and a decent sized grocery. They also have a cafe and toilets upstairs.

Took my 16 year old daughter to have a bra fitting. Kerrie at Windsor branch did the fitting and was absolutely lovely! Very kind empathetic and knowledgable

This is a very good shoping center, you can purchse here diffrent kind of products such as cloths both for male and females, fruits and vegitables, drinks, snacks and many more items. Staff is very cooperativ.

The staff are extremely rude in the food section, on multiple occasions husband and I have had to show staff that they are scanning prices that are entirely different to what is displayed on the shelves. When informed the staff blatantly lie about which items are or are not included in the spot sales like the reduced chocolate chunky biscuits. Over and above the incorrect pricing the help service tellers are never operating despite mothers with children and the elderly doing their monthly shop we are ushered to the self scan check out. Obese, rude and deceptive marketing is all I have to say for M&S Windsor - disgraceful.

Have said this before. M,&S is a wonderful store where one can guarantee QUALITY purchases of products especially food produce.

Excellent customer service at the café today by a lovely lady whose name sounded like Adedayo (sorry probably spelt totally wrong). Professional, friendly and genuine care, certainly makes you want to come back. An asset to the cafe.

Popped in for a coffee in the café. 3rd in the queue on a very quiet day and had to wait 20 minutes for 2 coffees. Staff attitude appalling. No customer service engagement
