My new favorite tea spot! This place is wonderful, from the moment we walked in we were impressed. The woman behind the counter was so kind and welcoming. With her suggestions and patience, as I tried to decide, it was much appreciated. We ordered the Peach Oolong tea that was just the right amount of sweet, a Boba Milk tea also incredible, and then a Dragonfruit green tea that was the perfect mixture of sour and sweet. It's such a welcoming a cute shop with so many things to try for sure. It's worth checking out!

Love love love!!!! The owner is so sweet and kind, the atmosphere is so aesthetic and cute and the drinks are amazing! We got the mango matcha and honeydew with tapioca and they were delicious!

I recently visited this delightful bubble tea shop in Charlotte, NC, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience! The moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff and an expansive menu. The shop is cozy, clean and cute. The star of the show was undoubtedly their Lychee Green Tea. It was a perfect blend of refreshing green tea infused with the sweetness of lychee. The freshness and quality of the tea was truly satisfying. It was an authentic bubble tea experience better than the bubble tea shops we have in NY. The staff was amazing. They were not only knowledgeable about their menu but also incredibly patient in helping me choose the perfect option. Their attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction were truly commendable. The ambiance of the shop was cozy and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy my drink. The attention to cleanliness and hygiene also added to the overall positive impression. This bubble tea shop exceeded all my expectations. It will undoubtedly be my go-to spot for bubble tea when in NC. I can't wait to visit again and explore more of their menu!

I’ve driven past this place multiple times and finally got to try it out today! The staff member was knowledgeable and friendly, and helped me find a tea that I enjoyed, even letting me taste test a little to make sure the sugar level was to my liking. Finding Jilly Jelly online was a little difficult, as they renamed from Tea-licious and my maps app hasn’t caught up yet, but the place itself was charming. I definitely plan to go back!

Excellent service, environment, and Tea's err... Ice cream in under 10 yo. Go to this establishment if looking for quality and enjoyment, not necessarily speed of service, though they provide as quickly as a quality business can provide. Great people, great product , I will continue to make the drive from SC. Have a Great Thanksgiving. Thank you.

Delicious drinks and welcoming, friendly service with a very cool, modern atmosphere. We will return for ice cream soon also.

Stop by this time to grab a Raspberry slushy for my daughter because how cute the logo outside the building looks. The lady didn’t have the milk foam so the she gave me brûlée instead‼️ So good, just like those I had in Taiwan❤️. They also did some remodeling, come see for yourself!
