Definitely a gem buried in the hundreds of restaurants in Stamford. The place seems to be very clean and the food is amazing. They have limited space but it's perfect for take-outs and dine-ins of small parties. I drove past them many times but only gave them a try until recently, and boy I was pleasantly surprised! I wish I could find out about them earlier. So if you drive pass them but never tried them just like me I highly encourage you to try them out, you won't be disappointed! Hope they maintain the quality of their food and service for a long long time!

Best food I’ve tried in Stamford. The meat is so well marinated and seasoned, lots of flavor. Quiet spot, good customer service, I love it.

My favorite spot to stop at on the way to New York City! Great coffee and delicious Mediterranean dishes. My go to is the Greek salad with chicken- always fresh ingredients. Definitely check it out- it’s a must!

I am a coffee connoisseur. I have drank coffee from all over the world, studied under many professionals in the world of coffee, and studied coffee at some farms in South America. These guys make a VERY good cup of Lebanese coffee. It’s very strong, definitely have it there in a porcelain cup, the flavor will be better in it. On top of that, the place has a wonderful atmosphere. If you love coffee, you must go try the Lebanese coffee.

This place is amazing. Seriously try it out. The prices are affordable. I've gotten the breakfast sandwiches, the specialty coffee, and the entrees. The one place on hope street my partner and I can't stop ordering from!

Great family-owned business with great service! Finding good gluten-free options can be hard, but there are a bunch of good ones here. I’ve had both the Chicken Kebab and Chicken Combo plates, and they were exactly what I needed. Portion size and meat to rice ratio is perfect, too. Would also much rather come here for an espresso rather than DD across the street.

Nice Family owned business. Very friendly & loving workers. Very much a hidden gem! I 100% recommend this place to everyone I know!

The food was fresh. Chunky chicken, tasty beef gyro, fresh salad, and rice. It's a bit pricey but not bad at all. The food portion is good. A great experience overall. Would recommend 👌

Food is pretty good but the service is VERY SLOW. I waited almost 30 minutes for 2 falafel sandwiches. Happened to me twice already. Atmosphere is OK, like a deli with some tables. Not bad amd nothing special.

Totally nog recommended. Ordered chicken shawarma 4 prices falafel and cup of tea .yea was smelling bad I asked Splenda in tea they didn’t put anything. Chicken shawarma 1/10 coz it had smelly chicken and fries in chicken shawarma. ??? Top of that guy was continually staring at me I hardly eat 2 falafel and unwantedly garbaged the food .and whole food was presented without any sauce and any napkin .

Zahra's is by far our favorite place in all of Stamford and hasn't disappointed our family one bit! Its family owned, and you can taste the LOVE they put into the food they make and serve. We usually just have breakfast sandwiches, which are very good. We tried the beef Kafta platter last night, that Anaheim chile, chefs kiss! Food is fresh & made with love! 10/10 highly recommend 👌🏽

Just ordered the Mix Grill ($20) for lunch and by-gawd it’s awesome! I cannot say enough good things about this place. It was enough for my wife and I, however after finishing my lunch I immediately wanted to order more bc it was so delicious. I WILL be back!

Some of the best falafel I've had in my life and sublime pita bread. Great value, the regular is pretty big!

Tried Zahra's for the first time today and WOW! Had the Mixed Grill and Falalfel Poppers. Everything tastes like it was made with love. The sauces were especially delicious!! The owners were also so kind. Portions are generous and prices are reasonable. Can't wait to return again and again.

Excellent food. Clean and friendly atmosphere. Just had their steak wrap today and it was phenomenal! Z's chicken is kind of a go-to for me, but be on the lookout for their desserts as well.

We stopped by Zahra’s while we were visiting Connecticut passport agency and this place was a few minutes away. I ordered a chicken shawarma and my husband got a beef kofta wrap and both were so good. The food tasted fresh and place was clean. Service was also very nice. Strongly recommend their food if you are in the area!

I rarely write reviews, but felt compelled to for this amazing place. We live around the corner from Zahras and it has quickly become our favorite place to eat in the area. The food is consistently incredible, and the customer service is amazing. I have never been greeted with anything other than friendly, warm service on the phone and in person. A perfect example of this was just last night. I called close to when they were closing and felt bad because I know how much of a pain that can be. The guys were very gracious and never made me feel like I was putting them out in any way. There is a reason this place has so many 5 star ratings. This is a local gem. If you haven't been, give them a shot. You won't be disappointed!
