My experience at your establishment was ok but not pleasant at all. On the 21st of September 2023 I was given these given theses hours rules of which I tried so hard to oblige to them since I have vehicle 🚗 but my room had no parking spot allocated to it, it was really sad to be in such a well organized establishment only to be met by birds 🦅 poo all over my mini vehicle. Good evening Guests Can we please ask that each room only have one vehicle per room. We currently have a big problem as some rooms have work vehicles and personal vehicles and then visitor vehicles. Park on your designated parking spot. Then If your company only pays for you and not your visitor you will be held responsible to pay for your guest. Accounts for extra guests will be calculated from tomorrow. Thank you Management Kraft Lodge On the 7th October 2023 the rules have suddenly changed to my surprise immediately after I just friended using their pool with a fellow guest in the lounge with our life partners. 😮 Good afternoon guests, RE: KRAFT LODGE RULES This is a friendly, yet urgent reminder of the rules that apply to all guests at Kraft Lodge. As you are aware, guests work different shifts which leads to different resting times. In order for all guests to enjoy a pleasant stay, you are to refrain from the following: 1. No guests 2. No parties 3. No excess noise 4. No liquor 5. Swimming pool use only for Kraft guests I hereby urge you to adhere to these rules as well as the rules stipulate on the list in your room. Kind regards Kraft Management The family from kraft arrived to their pool and used with us. It by tradition in my country is that we greet one another but in this instance only the gentleman greeted. And The rest of the family or friends didn’t acknowledge us maybe it was because we don’t look look alike IDK 🤷🏾‍♂️. Mind you these are the owners of this beautiful establishment. Back on the rules 1. None of my friends or colleagues from work may come visit? 2. Who in the world still hosts parties at guesthouse and lodges? 3. Really? 4. Really? 5. 🤔 Last night I didn’t have hot water and when I repotted this I was asked if have I repotted this issue before? Like hello I was reporting. The first night I checked in I found my bed was leaning to one side till today it has not been replaced or even repaired. The worst experience is in my room which was room number 11. Was when the gentleman upstairs walking up and down in his room I swear it felt like one of these good days his gonna come down with the entire building 🤣 thank God it didn’t happen. This establishment has good potential to succeed but the problem is indeed with its management they need to understand that clients come first. It doesn’t matter how fat your bank account is you still need people to fill your rooms so you continue getting that check in. Pests and rodents 🐀 For this lodge to have a fully fledged functional kitchen restaurant in its premises… the DoH hasn’t visited this establishment.
