It's a great place to start a gyming lifestyle has all the basic equipment, clean and my personal favorite it doesn't get too packed. Doesn't have any showers on vicinity but that shouldn't stop you from trying it out.

Spent a while in Standerton and needed a gym... Was very impressed with this gym. The equipment is new and well maintained. The gym floor is pretty spacious and well a laid out with a good selection of dumbells upto 50kg and ample free weights. The changing rooms and showers were always clean, the gym has a safe and secure car park for members only. The staff were helpful and friendly. I did not expect to get such a well equipped gym with excellent monthly rates in this small town...Highly recommended.

Have a great time working out there and the place is neat and clean. The hours they are open is good cause it fits my schedule, however, one of the instructers there does not seem to keep with the time schedules of the gym. Always locking up 30min before closing. This somewhat interfears with my training amd is a downside especially because there was no notice on the boards that the gym open and closing times changes due to the cold season. But other than this it is a great gym with everything you need.

It is cool. You can take your mind off things. It's perfect from every angle
