Terrible customer service at the fridge section. If I could rate them zero star I would. I bought a Hiscence fridge here and it did not work from the get go. It's been two weeks lodging a complaint but no progress whatsoever. They keep on telling my I'll receive a call from their technicians which I have never received even once. I ended up having to throw away my groceries that got spoilt that I bought with my hard earned money because of their lack of urgency to the situation. It is now two weeks and I can't even buy food because I have nowhere to store it. ABSOLUTELY REGRET PURCHASING FROM THEM!! DO NOT BUY ANY APPLIANCES FROM THIS GAME. INCOMPITENT STAFF!!

Went to Game Secunda on 24 September 2022... Asked a guy for assistance with something we wanted to buy. We waited +- 20 minutes for him to come and assist. Eventually we found someone else and asked her to assist us. Barely 10 minutes later everything was finalised (this was not her department) She was kind and friendly and just damn right supurb. Thank you Delisile Mbatha for your great service! You deserve a star!

If you do get lucky to get what you are looking for as theres rarely any of the items on the shelf not to mention promo items, please the price at the till, you will end up paying more if you dont check.

Very friendly and helpful staff and great prices. We visited Game today and even though the layout of the store changed staff help me find what I needed.

I’ve had the best experience when buying at Game Secunda, whenever I bought electronics they last forever or get replaced immediately if faulty. The staff is always friendly and willing to assist. Thank you Game Secunda.

The service at the returns counter is awful compared to Pick n Pay.I brought my speaker back that has faults and it has been an entire week of waiting to know if i can get the refund.I would love the service to be better because its awful at the moment thank you.

The sales assistant and cashier were both super friendly. I particularly appreciated the sales assistant explaining product safety care in detail for us. He explained it like he was doing it for the 1st time (excitement, clarity)...

The sales lady at the vacuum cleaners cannot assist. She gave me the incorrect details about the product so I had to leave empty handed. When I got home I made use of Google and I was right and she was wrong. I don't stay close by so now I can't drive there again. Bad service

We went to try buy a Trampoline. No one assisted us on the floor. So i had to go find someone. When i did he was not very helpful. Then when we went to the counter to pay the lady said they have no big bags. i said no problem you can put my groceries in small bags. The lady tried to shove all our meat and coldrink as well as chips into one small bag. I asked her to please separate it because it is squashing my meat she said the bags are FREE so she needs to save bags. I then lost my cool and said i don't even care if i have to buy the bags i don't want my food to be squashed into 1 bag. It was eventually 5 bags to put my stuff in. Now just imagine trying to cram it into 1 bag. Service in Game Secunda is very poor.

Good day, had horrible experience at GAME just because of one employee/floor manager , he is so rude and bad customer service and was yelling at someone in the store. The employees said name was Friendly when I ask the gentlemen he was yelling at. As customer I would never wanted be treated like.
