Went for a special occasion to play Special Ops: Mysterious Market. Played with another group, and we had tons of fun! Lots of things to explore, find, and do, in a way where everyone will be involved in some way. Scenario and set dressing was also very well designed and maintained. I will say though, if you do decide to play this one, be mindful of the player count! It felt just a teeny tiny tad cramped with the 5 of us, but it was still maneuverable. 6-8 would probably be pushing it in my opinion, so be prepared to bump elbows with people if you have a larger group. Staff were also extremely friendly and helpful - Eric, Alex, Emma, Tyler, and everyone else there deserves a kudos! Will definitely be back to play the rest of the games (and collect all the pins!).

My friends and I did Special Ops on 12-7-22, had an ABSOLUTE BLAST, and Eric was an AWESOME host and game guide! We'll definitely be headed back for more games soon!!! Update 12-19-2022; my friend and I did not one, but TWO games in the same day; we did Special Ops again to try to get a faster completion time, and then we did Gold Rush to try out a new game. Eric recognized us IMMEDIATELY as soon as we said hey, and he was still just as AWESOME as the first time we met him!!! Miss Peyton is clearly going to be a WONDERFUL addition to their team and we can't wait to go back and say hey to her as well!!! Also as we were chatting before our first game, I did mention that we were back to play another game as a birthday celebration, and every one of them all wished me a happy late birthday (it was yesterday 12-18) and once my friend and I escaped Special Ops Eric and Peyton surprised me with a birthday card from the entire team which was just SO DANG SWEET!!!! If you're looking for a great place to go play escape games, I ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend this location. Eric and his team are just THE FREAKING COOLEST and have SO MUCH FUN!!!! Like if I could, I'd leave them another 5 star review, but Googles's terms won't let me leave one, so I'm making do with being able to edit my first review. Seriously, go run the games at this location cause Eric and his team are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME PEOPLE!!!!!

Our guide Emily was great as well as the entire staff ! We had a family group of 8 and they were so nice to each of us ! Gold Rush was so much fun and challenging! We escaped and had a blast working together to make it happen! We highly recommend! Thanks for the memories!

We had a blast. The room was not super difficult to work in. The staff were very helpful and clear in their explanations. S/O to Bennett for taking care of us and making sure our session went well! Definitely coming back one day.

We had a great time. It was our first time. The escape room was loads of fun. We are appreciative of Alex and Destiny for being so awesome. And we will definitely do this again!

This was the best experience for my daughters birthday!!! The staff was so nice. They decorated for her to celebrate her birthday. They made sure the girls had the best time. We did Gold Rush and it was all of our first times. So much fun.

That was so fun! Solving the puzzles together was very chaotic yesterday entertaining. We were all very invested in the puzzle and we were all so excited and active. Such fun, I do recommend! Sabotage was so cool we all loved it. Thanks for the amazing first escape room.

My twins wanted to celebrate 16th birthday with a group of friends and family at the escape room... When I made the reservation I told the agent what we wanted but never expected that they would decorate the room with a banner, streamers, and signs on the door. They had a great time... definitely will visit again.

Destiny and Bennett were awesome, the Sabotage room was outstanding, and we had another fantastic adventure at The Escape Game! First class organization, the best fun and family time, and always a blast. Always a first class time. Do yourself a favor and play these games.

Always an amazing time. The team at each of these facilities always goes above and beyond. For my son's birthday they even decorated with balloons and wrote him a card! Their games never disappoint either! I highly recommend coming with a group and enjoying their amazing rooms.

Emily was an amazing host! We played sabotage and had an amazing time and it was very competitive, would recommend to anyone who has a big group of friends and love competition!

Great fun! Fun puzzles and awesome staff. Christian and Destiny were awesome! The themed rooms were well decorated. I looked how different sabotage was from a traditional escape room. And the storyline for special ops kept you on your toes. Higher tech puzzles really helped to immerse you into the story.

We did the Gold Rush. It was so fun! Honestly, the best escape room experience I've ever had. The folks there are super helpful and nice. It was very easy to get reserved spots. Gold Rush was awesome, like really well done with how to figure your way out. I want to do it again! And see what the other rooms are like. I would highly recommend going if you're up for a blast!!

This was the best escape room we've done. It was very interested and the decorations and clues were very realistic and well done. We had a blast.

We have been to quite a few of these guys and this company never disappoints! The rooms are top notch with multiple areas and very well integrated clues. We completed Gold Rush and although it sounded corny it was so much fun! Nice medium difficulty. Had a blast!

This is our 2nd year at The Escape Game in Opry Mills to play, and it was awesome. They went above and beyond for my daughter and her friends for her 11th bday! They had so much fun in the game! Afterwards, they surprised the girls with personalized gift bags with shirts, pins and a sweet card with all of their names. I was so surprised that the employee called while they were in the game and asked me for their names so he could do that for them. Again, this place was awesome and their employees are as well. I highly recommend this place because of the great quality of their games and their employees!!

We had the BEST experience at The Escape Game!! Christian was the most AMAZING game host / assistant manager. He truly made the escape room experience so so fun and memorable! My friends and I love the rooms that we have played with this company, and Eric and Christian really made this visit the most fun game we ever played. We can’t wait to come back and play more rooms!!!

Such an amazing experience!!! Emily was super helpful and patient with helping us when we were picking a date and room! Snow, who was our GM, was super helpful and fun. He gave amazing hints at the right moments to help us get to where we needed when we were on the right track but just hung up on something. We loved it so much that Alex was super helpful on getting us scheduled again!!! It truly was one of the best escape room experiences we’ve had!

Marquis was a fantastic game guide for myself and my team! We played Cosmic Crisis and had such a great time being back at the company we love. Seriously recommend this game and company to anyone looking for a good time!

My daughter (17) and I played the Gold Rush escape room and had a blast! We both agreed that it was the best escape room experience we’d ever had. The puzzles were fun and varied and the surprises were delightful! Destiny was our guide and she was wonderful! In fact the whole staff was friendly and helpful. We both were so impressed with the whole experience. Fun from beginning to end!

I’ve done many escape rooms and this absolutely blew my mind! So amazing and well done. Our game master Dakota was soooo kind and helpful and added so much to our experience. Carson in the front was also great and helped us sign up for another escape room for tomorrow. Cannot recommend this enough!

Last time was not the best experience, but Carson went above and beyond to make sure our experience was top notch. He included some after game guidance along with a welcomed visit back on the date of choice. This time around, Christian was just the employee to give us the experience we were hoping for. He had us excited about the game the entire time. His game guidance was exceptional and his customer service surpassed our expectations. The room, the staff, the theme, everything was awesome. Our game master was Westley, our room was Special Ops. We had a group of 7 and the room was fun and engaging

We escaped from Cosmic Crisis! This game was one of the more intuitive games we’ve played. Great immersion and several complicated tasks to complete as a group. Highly recommend Cosmic Crisis!!

I have never done an escape game at this location, but have done several others in many other states. I've also never done an escape game with complete strangers. That being said, this game was AWESOME! We did the Market and we were paired up with two other groups. Our game master Kiah was incredible! Her energy was fantastic and she was super excited that several members of our parties were new to escape games. She had a great personality and explained everything so the new people knew what to expect. The puzzles were difficult but not so much so that they were overly frustrating. The production value (set, decor, realism) was on point! Everything flowed well and kept us all engaged at various stages of the game. I will definitely come back to this location and try other games!

Super big thank you to Emily, Jackson, Ariana, and Marquis!! Booked the midnight slot (the latest one) for Cosmic Crisis on my birthday. The room itself was amazing and immersive, but the people there made the experience so much better. Everyone was so sweet and hospitable!! They went above and beyond to make it feel special!! <3

We did one of the 8 difficulties and it was a first for our entire party. Staff was very informative and friendly. We still finished at 2:44 left on the clock thanks to timely clues to help us not hyper focus after spending a while on a clue and we had a blast with the strangers we were grouped with. If you enjoy puzzles and team work, this is an excellent activity though can be a bit pricey but we felt it was worth it as a family that loves puzzle challenges.
