Great service. Staff were really nice and helpful. As for the ice cream, I had mango and white chocolate. The consistency was alright but the flavour was extremely exquisite and flavourful. The mango tasted exactly like a fully ripe mango, and the white chocolate was absolutely delicious. Unfortunately the place itself was rather empty which created a slighty dull atmosphere but the music playing was enjoyable and certainly improved the feeling and atmosphere of the place. Definitely recommend, would come again.

Great location with ample space if you wanna spend some nice n chill time with friends and family. It’s under new management and people are really friendly.

I have possibly caused myself to be pre diabetic to full blown type 2 in this place. I cannot really fault them. The prices are really good for the food you get. And the choice is unbelievable. Seriously, the menu is HUGE. There is wheelchair space, disabled toilets and the staff are really nice to you. I took my partner there for Valentine's and we were not disappointed in the quality of food and options. The hot chocolates are massive.

Loved their banoffee ice cream. Added to my favourite flavour - tasted like a mixture of banana, caramel and mild coffee Carrot cake was extra sweet. Coconut ice cream was not natural flavour.

The first impression is of slashed seating taped up with duck tape that matches, sort of. Shame.* The menu is amazing. It was really hard to choose. Took ages. I ordered a banana, toffee, salted caramel, vanilla and toffee pieces in a bubble waffle affair and it was enormous and delicious. I did leave most of the waffle. My friends loved theirs too. I felt like I eaten calories for a month and must do penance.... It was 7 quid odd and a tea was 2.35. Not bad on the whole. It would be good if you didn't have to get up to order. There is staff, why can't they take the order? *New seating now, much better.

Hottest day 'as we entered creams doors to have a thick shake in brighton western rd ..we wasnt disappointed...i had a mint aero 'a must have ...GORGEOUS..🤩'My girls had chocolate...have to go again ...and we was greeted by a lovely lady with a big snile 'lovely welcome .Thankyou ..we cooled down with your wonderful shakes .👍👍

Went in here this afternoon with my daughter and the staff were nothing short of exceptional. Very accommodating of babies and there were high chairs available and the service was top drawer. The staff are extremely polite and I felt very welcomed. I'll definitely visit again. Can't recommend the staff enough.

First time I've visited a Creams venue. We arrived Valentine's night at 21.25 after going somewhere else as the website said they were open until 23.00. We were hoping to sit down for an ice cream. There were 4 people behind the counter and about 3 couples of customers (i.e. More than a server per couple). We were 2nd in the queue. We were told that it was takeaway only and waffles would be ages. OK we only wanted a 2 scoop ice cream cone and a three scooo ice cream tub which seemed simple enough. In any normal place it might have taken a few minutes to create. Then the Deliveroo guys turn up. We see all these orders going out ahead of us. Finally after 20 minutes we get asked to confirm our flavours for our order again whilst the guy makes it. I couldn't believe it took so long to serve some ice cream. It tasted very nice but definitely took the fun out of the end of the evening and I won't be going back. Companies need to get their Deliveroo orders and in-store experience balanced better with the organisation of staff.

Absolutely excellent customer service. Especially from SUZANNE. Every time my family go in there we are treated exceptionally well. Their service is soooooooooo good. They can't do enough for you. Quite pricey, average price being £7.00+, as a treat now and again its ok. That said the gelato was fantastic and the waffles devine. The interior was a bit shabby, taped up seating, tatty menus. Staff aren't as attentive as you might like.

As always I got the royal waffle. The waffle was perfectly cooked. I will definitely visit again and I would recommend this to everyone. One issue is that the 2 orders didn't not arrive together so it was kind of awkward. The royal waffle had too much nuts. Lastly the Sundae was very melted. Other than that, it was perfect. Very very bad tasting, stale and hard red velvet cake. Please stop selling cakes if you are not good at it. Wasted £6 for an overpriced so called cake and ended a day with bad mood at this cafe!

Disgusting. Never again. The chairs were all ripped up. The waiters were inattentive and you had to fight to get their attention. The waffles were drab and tired looking. The cutlery was dirty and wrapped up in a dirty (chocolate stains) napkin, dumped infront of us by a waiter who didn't know what he was doing. No thanks. Never again.

I have tried couple of Ice cream Parlours here in Brighton but this is best among all. I can see all other have got too sweet taste, extra flavoured and all but this was better on all fonts Icing on the cake was complementry ice cream for my little daughter. Appreciate yhe gesture.:)

Delivery was on time. Ordered nachos, didn't get any salsa but got 2 pots of stone cold plastic cheese that defied gravity so the nachos were disgusting.Cookie dough was nice.

Absolutely rubbish and cant get their orders right. Missing all sauce and toppings and didnt ask for meringue but got that....
