Beautiful classical 1930's hotel. Service is very friendly and forthcoming! Bathroom is dated but very clean. {I would suggest to take out the bath and replace it with a walk-in shower with a glass wall. This way you can also get rid of this shower curtain.} Breakfast is complete, but i did not have the change to enjoy dinner, because of my time schedule. I hope to come back to Kielce in the future more often and this will certainly be my place to stay!

Great rooms, good food and nice reception.

Attractive, comfortable, small hotel with a grand exterior suggesting five star rather than the three it is rated at. I stayed for two nights and would have been perfectly happy to stay longer. The staff are friendly and the room I booked was clean, in excellent condition and good value for money. The restaurant was very good with a varied menu and reasonably priced. The renovation had been tastefully completed. The fitness room is just a couple of bikes and a large whirlpool and could do with a small rack of free weights and a couple exercise mats.

Rooms are not equipped with kettles or coffee machines. No clock either. Bed was comfortable, slept very good. Pretty close to town center. Free parking in the garage. Good WIFI.

Very nice place! Customer service is great - they managed to check me in before official check in time. You feel there like home. Every one there wants you to be 100% satisfied. Moreover, place is located in renovated classiacal villa.

I only dined here on a large group, that too with prior reservation. There were three courses meal. The first course was amazing, with smoked salmon strip and rukola with plum sauce. Then we had Polish duck and at the end this amazing icecream with whipped cream, and a pears which is baked with red wine.

The hotel is beautiful and sparkling clean, and the service is excellent. I’d recommend it to anybody who likes high standards for a fair price, as well as those who love discovering places on foot for its central and scenic location in Kielce.

Very Nice clean and peaceful hotel for one night. We had no issue. It was quiet, good sleep, close to centre. Parking 6€ and breakfast just lovely with a wide selection of food. Receptionist both professional and good to talk to. 5/5

I am very disappointed with the management of the hotel. Very loud parties until 03 am with drunk people screaming and loud music does not make anyone sleep. Although I paid 400 pln for sleeping and 60 pln for parking a day and I found that there was no space because they had given priority to the celebrated who had not paid for parking. Fortunately, the non-manager staff is very kind. I will never go there again, I advise against it.

Got everything 4 star hotel should have, nothing more, nothing less

Clean rooms and nice service. Though from 4**** I would expect a bit more room and e.g. more variety on breakfast.

Hymy tekis hyvä kun on asiakkaan kanssa tekemisissä. Huoneet kaipaa remonttia ja kylpyhuoneessa pyyhkeet on loppuun käytettyjä. Enää ei jatkoon.
