A great hotel, with nice, clean and cozy rooms and an amazing pool area with huge jacuzzi and a spa/sauna area. You can participatr on the Sauna seance, a sauna show led by Kacper, one of 4 beat Sauna masters in Europe, by official competition. Unforgettable stay, with a lovely dinning bar, Dublin. Highly recommended.

Booked the Standard Room for 5 days. After arrival we experienced problems with the wifi. Staff were helpful and friendly and gave us the standard plus room for no extra charge. This is top customer service. Also cleaning and hygiene is perfect. The only little bit negative for me was the breakfast on some days, cause it seems that the variety of things available, depends on how many people are checked in. But everything else is fine!

Good quality of service's! I just been in economic room but is very good compared with another hotel's in Poland!

One of the best hotel i tried. I travel for work

Infrastructure is amaizing. This hotel has it all. Service is also great and the food at the bar is great. Rooms are very average if you stay at the old side otherwise in the new area rooms are pretty good with fridge and tv mounted on the walls. The only thing I did not like was the noisy workers. All day and night hammering and drilling everywhere, besides that, everything was very good. Recommended and will come back for sure!!

Comfortable and convienent. Easy to find. Rooms are large with a good layout. Bathroom with shower... A bath would have been great. Did not have time to try the sauna (free for hotel guests). Restaurant is huge and breakfast very tasty.

Basic hotel in 2 parts, old and new. Old part rooms are basic, drab looking with shower over bath but without curtain or partition and soon becomes a wet room. New section are brighter and newer style decoration and bathrooms. Most rooms seem to have single beds even when 'superior' requested. Breakfast has lots of options but dog food from the local shop might be more appealing

After waiting almost two months for our weekend vacation here, it has been a disappointment at every single possibility. From the start, it's a spa hotel so you'd expect their to be spa treatments available. However all available slots for the weekend were pre booked not by other guests, but by the local town people over a month in advance! Meaning that no slots were actually available for the guests that travelled 100s of KMs to stay here. Luckily a nearby (unrelated) hotel had a single slot available for us. Then it comes to the food. The dinner was incredibly low quality buffet food. The fries were probably the best part of it (and they were pretty bad!) :/ Finally it comes to the bar. Surely all your issues can be laughed and forgotten over a few beers in the beer terrace right? Wrong. It's closed and only opens for parties so we couldn't even grab a few drinks unless we want to sit in a restaurant for them. Overall, it has been an incredibly disappointing weekend so far and it's only the first day! But, the nearby Hotel Senator had a pretty good massage/Spa treatments...

Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, sauber und bequem. Die Servicemitarbeiter könnten gründlicher arbeiten (schmutzige Teelöffel). Das Hotel eigene Restaurant verdient 5 Sterne für leckeres Essen und freundliche Bedienung. Das Frühstück könnte besser sein.

I spent 3 days in the hotel and I am delighted. Stylish room, absolutely delicious food, attentive service, a non-chlorinated pool, relaxing spa, kids club with animations and much more. I sincerely recommend!
