I give 5 stars for... pulling out wisdom teeth 🙈 The treatment itself is not great (or rather the next 2-3 days after it), everyone who has experienced it knows this. But at DentisMED, unpleasant experiences are minimized as much as possible - after the two upper teeth were extracted by different surgeons (each of them fought with the tooth for 30 minutes, and then my face looked as if someone had beaten it...) the two lower teeth were extracted instantly! The clinic calls after a few days to ask if everything is OK, and in case of any doubts (it seemed to me that there was a piece of bone sticking out), they easily take me for an extra check-up. I highly, highly recommend it (although I'm glad I don't have to extract any more teeth 😅).

09/10/2023 I had the pleasure of having tartar removed by Mrs. Iwona. The visit was painless and very professional. During the procedure, Mrs. Iwona shared very accurate comments related to dental care, but also provided me with important information about my ailments - which I had no idea about before. Thanks to the professional service with a smile on my face, I decided to make another appointment. I recommend 5/5.

I am disappointed with this place because patients are being charged additional costs that they were not even informed about beforehand. I went with a specific problem and I was also charged for other things. Ultimately, the cost of the visit almost doubled. This is a very unfair practice. Additional costs should be informed at the beginning of the visit, not at the end...

As a teacher I am inconvenienced when I have to take time off work to visit dentists and so when I arrive on time for my appointment. But when I find out the orthodontist practitioner has gone home because 'apparently' they decided to change my appointment to 10mins earlier, it is more than inconvenience and it is offered up that quote 'I was late.' Not only this but prior to this one of the practitioners while completing a root canal broke a tooth of mine but seemed unwilling to acknowledge their mistake. To say I am disappointed is a huge understatement. I will leave it like this. They are lovely people in the practice and they do know what they are doing to a degree. But something I can't accept is the lack of general decency and honesty. I for one won't be back there.

I was terrified of the dentist, just the thought made me feel sick (childhood trauma). After the first visit (consultation), which took place in a very nice atmosphere, I trusted you and started treatment, and guess what? And it was my best decision. I fell asleep during microscopic root canal treatment with Dr. Paula, full professionalism and gentleness. My favorite duo, Dr. Taras and Mrs. Sylwia, made each visit a pure pleasure, full of smiles and jokes, and most importantly, they both showed 100% professionalism. I recommend it wholeheartedly, for the first time in my life I leave the visit smiling and satisfied with the results. You are the best!

I wasn't going to write anything but... Half a year ago I had an "emergency visit" scheduled expressly due to a significant chipping of a tooth. I found a dentist who spoke with an eastern accent. He was in a great hurry, which he informed me and the assistant at the beginning of the visit, so that he and her almost burst my lips in his haste. However, another situation contributed to writing this opinion. During the initial examination, he found that I still had caries in another tooth, which needed to be treated immediately. I did not make an appointment for the next visit only because of the course of the previous one. However, I made an appointment with the National Health Fund in my hometown - the dentist did not find any dental caries. I gave up on the topic. Last week, the second one broke and this time, on the advice of my friends, I went to the clinic at 20 E. Plater Street, which they have been using for several years. Visit - full professionalism. And I was surprised again - apart from the broken 2, everything was fine. A miracle or maybe someone wanted to treat my healthy tooth???

I have been going to the office for several years and I am very satisfied with the services. The staff and doctors are very nice and competent, and the owner is able to find a satisfactory solution for the patient in case of any problems. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

I came for a check-up, which resulted in the treatment and cleaning of several teeth. Additionally, I performed two wisdom tooth extractions here - quickly and painlessly. Very nice and professional service, the doctor showed and explained all the defects and treatment methods to me on the screen with a map of my teeth. I recommend!
