I have a medical package with Medicover, in which psychiatric services are offered by ProPsyche. Until then, I have had a positive experience with my psychiatrist, the service is great, it's easy to make an appointment. Moreover, a beautiful facility in Żoliborz.

I registered for the first visit, I arrived well ahead of time and after an hour I found out that no one would accept me because the system showed that I was interested in another visit even though I had never been there. And from the website registration level, even the SMS code was not received, even though it was provided correctly. Plus, when I wrote to the e-mail address provided on the website, no one bothered to reply. I do not recommend.

I do not recommend it, since Allenort took over ProPsyche everything has changed for the worse. Visits are 50% shorter, prices are slightly lower for a moment, then after a few months they are the same, and recently there was another increase. Irritating procedures such as if you do not cancel your visit within 24 hours, you will have to pay 50% of the visit value. It's a pity that the company is making business on the pandemic. Every time I call to make an appointment, the woman on the other end asks if this is your first visit or if this is your second visit, it's irritating even though I've been going there for many years. If you don't remember the person, you could recognize the person by phone number. Once, I had to provide the transfer confirmation late, i.e. on the same day before the visit, then in the morning I received a message that the transfer was missing and that the visit would be canceled. This is irritating from the perspective of someone who always pays for the visit and can be said to be a regular customer.

I received a call today from this number to confirm my appointment. I said that I didn't have any appointment, I had never been to them and I didn't live in Warsaw. Then the lady hung up. It's unprofessional. I understand it was a mistake, but a simple word of sorry was enough.

Idiots can't even make an appointment correctly. I dread to think how they help patients. Give a wide berth!!!

15 minutes before the visit, he finds out at the reception that "the doctor didn't come." No one even bothered to call ahead and spare me the trip from the other side of town. The lady at the reception doesn't know anything because, as she said, it's "after the weekend". Embarrassing

They should definitely improve the quality of the reception. On May 2, I reported that I was unable to attend the visit and would like to make a prescription appointment, and on May 4, a lady called me to tell me that I had 2 appointments (stationary and prescription). However, after listening to the recorded conversation, they said that I was right and that I was going to make a prescription appointment. The visit was paid for, but no one informed me that the doctor would be calling the patients. So I don't wait with the phone to my ear all Christmas evening for someone to call me. I don't have a prescription, I was informed that they could issue a prescription on Monday. Today is Thursday. Lack of respect for patients. I recommend having everything via email with them, otherwise it's great fun.
