Sometimes I wonder do we want to go to Hisarya because of the mineral water or we want to go because of restaurant Nacional 😉. The food, the atmosphere, the staff are beyond exceptional. We have been visiting the restaurant for the last 5 years and never have we been disappointed. The prices are low compared to restaurants in Sofia. The quality is top. I am so happy that there are restaurant owners who put their heart into what they are doing like the owners of Nacional!

Wonderful, calm garden dining, but also inside seating for colder weather. Bulgarian dishes, with a few continental options - a nice balance. Food was delicious, beautifully presented, and served quickly for being freshly prepared. Service was friendly and polite, would really recommend this place to anyone visiting Hisarya.

Simply love their food. It is simple and tasty. The staff was kind enough to accommodate me as a solo diner every time and I really appreciate it. Booking in advance highly recommended, especially if you want to be seated outside. Try the seasonal menu — the eggplant bolognese pictured here, regardless of how it looks, is divine. The salads are also very good, wine by the glass is wonderful.

Fantastic restaurant. The garden is out of this world and the interior is just fabulous. Highly recommended, must be one of the best, if not the best restaurant in this town. The young girl, Theodora who served us, made us so happy with her attitude and attention which is a rare to find in Bulgaria. Just could not understand why a large bottle of Stella (500ml.) is the same price as a small bottle (330ml.) 5 Leva.

Overall a great place with very cosy atmosphere, a scenery garden with plenty of space for accommodation of many guests. The dishes are simply great - tasty and presented in a good way. It is a treat for eye and taste. Tend to put a little bit more spices(especially a tad more pepper than necessary). All this comes naturally with a bit higher prices. I would recommend a visit to this restaurant when you are around

The service at the establishment was amazing, the staff was welcoming, friendly and extremely kind. The waitress with the glasses helped us with a birthday surprise and made the evening all the more special. In addition, the garden of the restaurant created a cozy and calming atmosphere (with quiet pleasant music for a background). The food was also delicious and presented in a contemporary and appealing way. The restaurant offers a selection of seasonal meals as well as regular options such as the beef stake, which I strongly recommend (medium rare of course). Overall, it was a delightful experience and I would definitely come back again :)

By far the best restaurant in Hisarya. You will need a reservation if you want to visit during peak times. Great food, not very expensive meals(still a bit higher than average, which is understandable and definitely worth it). Been twice and both times they were amazing. Also very beautiful garden! Parking is kinda hard, but not the restaurant's fault.

This is THE place to eat and enjoy if you happen to be in Hisarya. We come back every few years and it amazes me how wonderful it is every time. The food is yummy, the service is great and the best part is this lovely garden - it's heavenly beautiful 😊

Favourite restaurant (not just in Hisarya). The food is excellent, extremely delicious. Great interior inside - nice and cozy! Beautiful garden! The service is excellent, the staff is polite and attentive! There are a chairs for children, children’s playground and a place where you can change a babies diaper. They have thought of everything. Strongly recommend this place!

Personnel is polite, but there are few exceptions. Prices are higher than most restaurants nearby, but at least quality is good. They load up with homemade jam and honey during the summer from local producers, which is admirable. There is small place appropriate for little kids, filled with toys, so the children could play inside if the wheater is not appropriate.

A great place and it is a must to try when you are in Hisarya. Atmosphere is cosy and amazingly hosting you to enjoy your visit there. The food was as great as the atmosphere and the service was corresponding to the place. They have a great garden, which I am sure summer time is a wonderland. This place is elegant, cosy and made with love and taste.

Extremely friendly and understanding staff (my child fell asleep and they even provided comforts, so I could continue my meal while he slept). The food is truly delicious and the portions are as described. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. One could feel as if in a fairy tale!

The stuff welcomed us politely and seated us on the table we wanted in the sunny, beautiful garden, close to the water pond. The menu had this perfect balance between traditional meals and more fancy, modern food options. Everything was served quickly, the food was delicious and with just the right amount of spices and salt. The whole time the waiter was always there when we needed him. He kindly answered all our questions and made us feel good. Last but not least, the prices and Natsional were reasonable and I think we got a great value for money. This is a place we will definitely go back to and recommend to our friends. Thank you to the owner, manager, cook and all waiters for making our lunch such a nice experience! Keep up the good work!

The food is excellent, as well as the service (we had a very well-mannered waiter with sense of humour) and the interior. This place deserves nothing else than max rating.

I do apologise for giving only 4 stars, because it is a lovely place with very nice food, but it seemed that something in the administration of the restaurant wasn't working very well and me as a customer saw it, because the waitress was really trying to preform her job at her best, but it's like..... sometimes was pulling her back. However the place, the atmosphere and food are very good, and I hope this small problem will be fixed next time I visit so I can finally give you my fifth star. Thank you guys. I DO RECOMMEND this restaurant.
