This is some joke what's going on. Registration is only possible on the day of the visit, Monday - you try to call and get information that there are no places to see the pediatrician. Another day I'm on the phone from 7:30 a.m. (the connection is disconnected twice), I call at 8:10 a.m. and I get information that there are no appointments at the pediatrician... and such situations happen all the time. Getting to the doctor borders on a miracle. After asking what opening hours the doctor receives, he receives information that sick children are seen between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m., then only vaccinations. Seriously ?! It's autumn and winter and the clinic admits sick children only for 3 hours? Last month we were also unable to see a pediatrician and ended up in the hospital for a week. I guess it's about the money the clinic receives for vaccinations, but this is just one big misunderstanding... The specialists are wonderful, but what's the point if you can't get to them? It's time to look for another clinic because in the long run, night care, private doctors and other forms of getting help for your child are a poor solution.

For two days I have been trying to make an appointment for a child with suspected angina. A heart disease baby with valve problems. From 7:30 on the phone, 20 in the queue, after an hour - no places. I can come and ask. Am I here to ask? Does the clinic organize treatment? The only answer - night care. If they are not interested in the patient, the patient and his entire family change the clinic (with the knowledge that it will not be better in another one, but I will never set foot there again)

Due to the nature of the services provided, it is difficult to say that it is a "cool place", but it meets all my expectations. Professional doctors, nurses and registration staff. Registration possible by telephone, online and in person. Pediatricians with a great approach to children.

The clinic is managed to perfection! Registration this morning, and now (12.30) our daughter has already had her examination and tests, we have all the referrals and prescriptions. The visit is on time, with all safety measures in place. The doctor is specific and factual. In the previous clinic, we also had a great pediatrician, but what's the point when registering with her was bordering on a miracle? Anyone who has children knows what it means to be on the phone for 2 hours when the child has a fever. Here we forgot about such a problem. We know that we are under the best care. I highly recommend and thank you :)

I hope that my post will reach the owners of the clinic and they will stop this madness. To make an appointment with an internist, you can contact us by phone in the morning. At 7:30 a.m. there are often 30 people waiting on the phone line to make an appointment. You cannot book an appointment for the next day, you must try to call us by phone. It is 2022 - the visit can be canceled and make room for another person who needs a visit, this is not possible here yet. As a local GP surgery, I have never once received help when I needed it. The advantage is the pediatric clinic and very committed doctors, but the appointment booking system is the same.

A very friendly place for the whole family. Registration staff always nice and helpful in emergency situations, nurses always professional and nice. Doctor Jarosław Pietreńczuk and Doctor Marta Śledzińska are professionals and during the visits you can see the years of doctors' practice, they quickly and accurately diagnose the patient and at the same time they are full of empathy and there is no 'medical rigidity', they will always find time for their patients despite their tight schedules. Another great specialist is Doctor Marta Cichoń-Kotek, she has a holistic approach to young patients, no ailment that may be a symptom of a serious disease is underestimated, more such specialists are needed. The issue that I have reservations about is that with such a large and growing clinic, there should be more doctors available, more appointments, more efficient organization of schedules (with more doctors during the day) to maintain smooth admission of patients if it happens that doctors need leave. .

My husband and I have been using the services of this clinic for 2 years and we are equally satisfied every time. Registration people and nurses - always nice, smiling and helpful! They're calling back! ❤ Dr. Pietreńczuk - a great doctor, always nice, smiling, helpful, and above all, specific. Dr. Zagórska - a pediatrician with such a wonderful approach to children and parents that you want to come back. As a young mother, I am glad that I found the doctor because she dispels my doubts every time. All the people working at this clinic are, in my opinion, very competent and I recommend the Wolne Miasto Clinics with a clear conscience! 🙂

I can confidently recommend the Wolne Miasto Clinic. Dr. Jarosław is always very specific and helpful. Great doctor. Like everywhere else, it is not easy to get access to the National Health Fund overnight, but if someone has an urgent problem, they will probably receive help. I go regularly due to a spinal injury, but today, despite the appointments being full, the doctor saw me and diagnosed me with angina. Thank you and I recommend!

I had the great pleasure of using this company's services regularly when I lived in Gdańsk. After changing my place of residence, I appreciate even more what I lost - Wolne Miasto Clinic is the best clinic I have ever used in my life. It's true that you have to make an effort to make an appointment, but it's like everywhere - at least it's possible here :) Everything is always organized and taken care of (vaccinations, visits) with precision and a nice approach to the patient, which is practically unheard of these days. Finally, a word about Dr. Jarosław Pietreńczuk - we miss him the most - I have never met a doctor with such a good approach to the patient. He will advise you, select the treatment carefully (he does not pour antibiotics like a Delaer would do at a disco), order a CRP test, and all this with a nice smile on his face. I would come back to Gdańsk for this clinic and this doctor... if I could :)!
