The staff is not friendly. The gym itself is modern and up to date which is really nice, unfortunately, the changing rooms are terribly designed/cramped and require you to bring your own padlock. The sauna is good for no more than 2 people... one of the worst things tho are the times in which the gym is opened (or not open).. the latest it stays open is 10 PM which is kind of inconvenient and 9 at the weekends, any holiday day it's closed or closes ridiculously early unlike other gyms that operate normally or stay open much later. Overall I would say that it's not worth paying such an expensive membership to come to this gym specifically, if you have Multisport and it's convenient for you to come here then it's not a problem.

I don't recommend the gym, the new manager doesn't really show off, the water in the showers is always cold, the locker room is always dirty, there's always some equipment waiting for service, and so on - as it was nice and pleasant, now I'm losing my mind.

Much of the equipment has "waiting for service" signs stuck on it for many weeks. Only one cabin has hot water and the shower is leaking. Terrible conditions in the shower and locker room. Gym neglected.

I come here with multisport card so i don't know about the fee part. It's big and well equipped. I don't speak polish at all but fortunately the staffs here all speak English and are friendly. Only one thing I don't like here is the shower room. It's small. You need to press the button constantly to have water and water is cold..... That's why i don't want to come here in winter.... If you work or live nearby, i recommend this place.

I visited group classes at Zdrofit and was disappointed because of poor ventilation in the Fitness Room, which is clearly not adapted to such a number of people, which causes discomfort. In addition, I noticed a problem with the arrangement of equipment along the wall, which causes difficulties during training. I would also like to note the incompetence of the receptionist who cannot properly scan and register Multisport cards in the system. Customers suffer because of such misunderstandings. I attended classes on March 9, but there is no confirmation of visiting the club in the Zdrófit application. I hope the administration will consider and fix all these issues to provide a more comfortable and efficient experience for customers

Nice crossfit room and very clean and well equipped bathrooms. The main exercise room is rather small and in rush hours it gets a bit too crowded

Helpful trainers - helped me 3 times without being asked. Good equipment. Enough space. Not enough separate bins for plastic and other waste.

I only exercise here because I live very close and I go to classes with a friendly instructor. There has been a failure of hot water almost always, in showers or a broken shower head or door... Recently there has also been a failure of the sauna. Additionally, the paper towel dispensers in the bathrooms were removed a few months ago - seriously...? Washed hands should be wiped on clothes. And you usually wash with just water, because there is no soap. All these "failures" and saving on basic hygiene materials are completely inappropriate for a club that charges a lot of money for its season tickets and is located in such a prestigious place. However, I can praise the equipment and size of the room for individual and group exercises. Unfortunately, that's where the advantages end.

great place, up to date or newer, great atmosphere, really comfy too! Not too crowded, friendly staff.

I would like to warn everyone that there has been no hot water in the club for several MONTHS!!! The locker room smells terribly, the sauna is out of order... a tragedy... it's always stuffy in the room and I'm tired of asking for the air conditioning to be adjusted. Please, managers, finally react and do something about it!

I have trained in different gyms in Gdansk but I like this gym more than others, very friendly stuff, they have always a beautiful smile on their face and the gym is clean and tidy always!

I was twice here! Bad experience in communication with receptionist. She don’t know rules how to be client oriented. It is big line everytime, no automatic pass.

The place is neglected, without service for a long time, any defects and failures remain unreacted by the club (apart from the apology cards posted everywhere). Broken exercise equipment, monitors, toilets, changing room doors, lockers... it would be too long to replace. The worst is the lack of hot water (at least since February!). The general impression is that the owners want to get rid of this club without putting in a single penny more. I advise you to avoid!

The condition of the spinning bikes is terrible. In 90% of cases, it is impossible to attach the SPD (the club prefers a black I have never seen such poor condition of bicycles anywhere before. It's shocking that a club in such a place only relies on the location and doesn't care about the technical condition of the equipment.
