It just barely hit the 3 star mark for me. While it’s a newer hotel therefore cosmetically it doesn’t call for a lot what it is lacking is overall deep cleaning. As well all of the side entrance doors that your suppose to have your key card to enter stay unlocked making it possible for anyone to gain access regardless if they are staying here or not. The phone in the room doesn’t work. The bathtub backed up with water while showering. The breakfast was ok. The cinnamon rolls were the highlight of the options available for breakfast. The area seems safe. There is a sheets gas station located extremely close which is great for food options. The experience def isn’t & wasn’t worth the $170/night we paid whatsoever!

Super clean hotel, modern/refreshed look, friendly staff, comfy bed, and breakfast was wonderful. Thank you for accommodating our Northern Virginia pup too. His first stay in a hotel and he was extremely quiet. We all slept well.

We booked a block of rooms for our wedding. It was easy for our guests to make reservations and everyone loved their rooms. I thought everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend!

We usually have a great stay there but this time we got a room above the patio and people tend to gather there late at night. We had to call room service to complain at 1:30 in the morning. Next time we will make sure our room is nowhere near there. Also...we went to use the pool but it was closed which greatly disappointed us so we asked the manager for a discount on our room because of it. But then he said it was fine to use now and that they just had to add chlorine earlier. He unlocked it for us and we used it but the chlorine was very strong in the air and water. Also...when they added the powdered chlorine they left messes of it on the side of the pool so every time I would hold onto the side I would get chlorine on my hands. Breakfast is usually very good except for the omelets...taste like fake eggs. Everything else was very good especially the cinnamon rolls. Overall I would recommend.

Never been to this area before. Came out on a business trip. Great little town! Very nice folk. Beautiful location. Close to places to eat and get gas..room was very comfortable and clean. Hot breakfast was out of this world!!! Also nice quiet area. Perfect to relax after a long day and indoor pool. Thanks for a great stay!

This is an environmentally friendly hotel that the air conditioner shuts off when you are not in the room. After a nice hot day of working in a mill you come to a nice warm 85° room. The cleaning service was terrible and left the door open every night and never cleaned anything only made the beds. Breakfast for the first 2 days was excellent from then on it was terrible and understocked. Hotel has a strange smell throughout all of the rooms.

Newer hotel so the lobby and breakfast area were nice. Bed was comfortable and the temperature control worked well. Unfortunately, I didn’t notice the lack of cleanliness in the bathroom until the morning. With hair on the floor in two different places, it was obvious the floor wasn’t swept or mopped. Gross

The staff was top notch. Every single person from the cleaning staff to the front desk and the people that helped with the breakfast were kind, considerate, and helpful. We traveled with 3 kids for a wedding. It was never an issue to ask for anything, and they went out of their way to tell us how good our kids were. They really did a spectacular job. Also, clean rooms, and lovely, modern environment.

Room and location are great. The breakfast buffet could use some better options, and this is seriously the only hotel that I've ever come across that is too stingy to offer complimentary water in the rooms. Also, this place exhibited price gouging during Penn State and other regional events. That aside, this place is the nicest hotel in the area.

I organized a block of rooms for my wedding with the manager well in advance and confirmed everything was set up and good to go. I emailed the manager a few weeks later to see how many rooms we had left in the block and the manager was away on maternity leave so I spoke with the owner, Mike Patel. He told me that my wedding block was never set up and that he wasn’t willing to give me any rooms, even though I had written confirmation from his manager that I had 15 rooms confirmed in my block. He is single handedly the rudest person I’ve ever had to deal with. After much back and forth arguing, he was only willing to give me a few rooms when it was already confirmed that they would hold at least 15-20 for me. He is all about making money and doesn’t care at all about his guests or committing to his word. He is a very shady man and not someone I would ever trust doing business with again, especially not for such an important event. When we spoke on the phone, he was accusatory and belittling, even yelling at me throughout the call to the point that he made me cry. If you’re planning a wedding in this area, do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this place.

Staff super nice. Thought i lost my wedding ring & i called & they tossed my whole room for me even searched trash cans. I did find my ring in my luggage but they were nice to look for it. My wife slipped in elevator and they made sure she was okay and cleaned up spill & put up sign, as safety manager that's what I like to see! Cinnamon rolls ftw. I'd return for sure if I was in the area again, which is unlikely.

Clean, friendly staff and a really good breakfast! The most amazing thing was the shower. It had so much water pressure! It didn't just trickle out. Not sure if it was the shower head or just great water pressure. I would definitely stay again!

UPDATE on Not My Clog. Mike the owner is truly a very accommodating and understanding gentleman. He made amends on the issue with the clogged shower. Each time we stay and we stay often our rooms are always clean, our beds comfortable and a great breakfast. Thank you Mike for understanding the needs of your guests

This was a last minute stop we made on our return home. Staff was wonderful during our very late check in. Guy working behind the counter was legit one of the hardest workers I've seen in a beat. In the morning he was cleaning the lobby. Breakfast was decent. Everything was so clean. Couldn't be happier with the service.

We stay here for work. It's always clean, and comfortable. Housekeepers are always kind. Front desk are there to help when you need them. Whenever we had any issues they explained the situation and made us feel better. Wish the pool was open all season! And, if you have issues with the TV, I was told there's always a tech guy on site. 👍

This is right off Rte 322, but the "street", off Carriage House Lane, is so new GPS couldn't find it. Room is spacious and well set up, with a gorgeous view out the front window. Gotta love a room with a fainting couch in it!
