Bruce (the owner) stands in the parking lot and calls police if you happen to make a left hand turn into his business. He'll make sure to come to your car and harass you too - even if you're visiting family from out of town and didn't know any better. Severe aggression issues, hit my window, chased me around and took photos of my car. If you're Doordashing for extra cash, you can report the restaurant as unsafe and they'll remove it from your delivery list. Apparently the whole town has been in an uproar over the traffic jam this business has caused. Corporate needs to fix it.

The place has its usual consistent food and the service is always great. I’m only giving it four stars because the traffic situation is an absolute nightmare at all times of the day. When it gets busy the line extends into the busy street and causes chaos. It’s also hard to get food unless it’s late at night.

This is the best restaurant that I have ever eaten at. It is so clean, staff is so professional and friendly who go out of their way to give you a fantastic dining experience!

I've been looking forward to trying the Chick-fil-A experience during my trip to US. I was treated to the usual long queue of cars but the line seemed to be moving rather briskly due to the fast processing by the staff. We were in and out of the place in around 10 minutes. I ordered their classic sandwich which is basically a piece of chicken slapped between a bun of bread and some pickle. Their signature sauce is provided separately. That's about it. No fancy condiments, or vegetables. Yet the recipe seems to just work. I enjoyed my sandwich and wished I had ordered another one. I hope to visit them again during my trip. Big thumbs up.

Great service and very fast! Food was good and hot! However this is a college town so it was super packed! The staff were very efficient for how packed it was.

I’m surprised to see mixed reviews. Went today for lunch and it was busy. I’ve seen it busier but still waited behind 8 or so cars and was in and out in reasonable time. The line was always moving, staff were friendly and efficient, food was fresh (and order correct.) I expected crazy wait times since it recently reopened but it wasn’t bad at all.

I ordered an 8 piece nugget meal, some of the fries were raw, and the so-called nuggets were just that it was like they used baby chick to make these so-called nuggets. The person behind me got their meal before me, which meant they had to sit in line behind me until I got mine, and my potatoes still came out, with some of them being raw

Fantastic! Absolutely the cleanest restaurant i have ever been in. The workers were extremely polite and cheerful and the food was outstanding! Best "fast food" i ever had.

Our family really enjoys going to Chick Fil A when we're already on North Atherton to shop. It's reliable and has friendly service. Our only issue with this particular Chick Fil A is usually the other customers. It's a bit difficult to get into the parking lot because it's always busy and on a busy road, but people regularly ignore traffic rules and park in handicapped spots and are often pretty rude in the store as well. While we do go about once a month for our child, we'd likely go a little more often if it was easier to get to. Unfortunately the recent renovations were mainly to provide a second drive through line but didn't really help the parking situation.

No matter how busy any Chick-fil-A is they run like a machine! Orders are right Food is hot Staff is always friendly Chick-fil-A should run for president!

I went to chick fil a today after a hard day at work excited to get nuggets and a sandwich and they gave me the wrong order. Just wish they would have checked before I went home and found out I only got a sandwich with Colby Jack cheese and fries, instead of just a sandwich with American and nuggets. Tried calling them to get a refund because I payed extra for nuggets and they didn’t answer or pick up.

The food is always good and the service is always friendly and prompt. This location has a slow drive-thru and a terrible parking lot. The parking lot is small and always packed and cars often are parked or idling outside of parking spots in the parking lot. I have yet to walk in and see enough customers to fill the dining room when the parking lot is packed. I moved to State College right after this Chick-fil-A shut down to expand the drive-thru, so I can't say how much of a difference it has or hasn't made. I wish there was instead a second location on the other side of town. My favorite food items are the spicy deluxe sandwich and the chicken tortilla soup. Sadly, the tortilla soup is only served seasonally in the winter, but it's my favorite.

We usually enjoy the food and the friendly quick service. Watch the cooking of the waffle fries. I know you are very busy, but soggy fries aren't good.

What can you say about Chick-fil-A? Consistent good food, service. Long lines well handled. Service by people who smile and appear to be glad to work there. This location is along those lines. Parking lot was pretty packed. Two lane drive thru. Patient at the ordering area. Food delivered with a smile.

Love the food here. We keep coming back for the milkshakes… Wait time isn’t long in the drive thru… lines were long but they have a very efficient system… the staff are very courteous & respectful, too!

I typically don't like chicken but Chick fil A makes me absolutely love chicken. So flavorful. Everything is cooked with care and nothing is smashed like McDonald's. Staff is always super friendly and respectful. Great business.

I ordered the Cobb salad with grilled chicken but I got the grilled southwest chicken on it by mistake. I ate it anyway, the salad was good but the southwest chicken was really hot. Now I know for future orders to get plain grilled chicken.

Chick-fil-A is always a good choice. They definitely have the drive thru down to a science. The line was huge and the wait time was minimal. Everyone is always friendly that works there. Definitely recommend.

It seems like most places i eat at anymore are garbage i wont do mcdonalds or wendys i will get a whopper sometimes but chic fila is still holding strong with really decent food. I think their quality went down as well but at least its still worth buying

A great place to eat, especially when you are trying to watch what you are eating. Really enjoyed the kale chips. 👍👍 Wow, the peach milkshake was so refreshing.. excellent summer choice, I strongly suggest it .

#5 chicken meal with coby jack cheese large Sunjoy no ice and medium fries everytime! Can't grade atmosphere inside because I'm normally ordering at drive thru.....orderly, long lines at certain times. But it Chick fil A! Love it!

Other Chick-fil-A stores should visit this one! Spicy Chick was cooked perfectly! Not overdone in old oil like I've come to expect from this chain of restaurants!! The staff appeared happy, which says the Manager on Duty is doing a great job!! Worth the visit!

The chicken nuggets dose not the one I thought it is, and won’t feel satisfied after having a set..

Food was good, as always. When we arrived the entire lobby was filled with people in line. My kids and husband went to use the restroom before getting our food. The line was nearly gone by the time they came out of the restroom. Very fast service.

We've only ever used the drive-thru. However, this particular location's drive-thru is absolutely amazing. Two lanes till after you get your food with lots face-to-face interaction and great service for the volume that runs through there. The staff was very attentive and willing to go the extra mile even when it was extremely busy. We were very impressed with the quality of this location.

Fantastic restaurant with the greatest service you will find. It is very rare these days to feel appreciated at a business, but the staff is always courteous and pleasant. I only wish fries were a little more well done, but the spicy deluxe sandwich is always great.

Great food and decent service. Food is always so good. Got the southwest salad today and it was so tasty. Always a pleasure there, except during the lunch time rush... but they always seem to make the line move parking is the only issue. But nothing on their food and service.

I love this restaurant! Every single employee is extremely pleasant, the food is always excellent and despite how incredibly busy they always are it never takes to long to get my orders.

This Chick-fil-A is always on point. The food is always delicious. My only complaint is the drive-thru can get backed up pretty good and you can’t make a left turn into the drive-thru. Other than that delicious food, fast service, friendly staff, and clean building.

My Market Salad with grilled chicken was absolutely delicious. This was the first time I had ordered one of their salads. I would definitely get it again.
