We've patroned this taco bell twice now. The first time through, they took 20 minutes from order to food, and forgot one entire item but made it once we spent another 10 minutes going back through the line. Would have been understandable if they were busy, but they were not. No diner and two cars ahead of us. Second trip was tonight. They again forgot one item my gf ordered. My order was right, but my soft taco was.... Moist. Like someone spilled water on it. Picture below. Thoroughly unappetizing. We won't be going back to this one. Failed 2/2 now.

They forgot my free Doritos locos taco but as I drove out of the drive through I heard a man yelling hey and he's was running as fast as forest gump to catch my attention he then proceeded to ask if I had the free taco and then ran back in as fast as he could and came clback out and asked to give them a great review considering the fact that they gave me my taco and not keeping it for themselves shows true genuine team that loves their customers . Never caught the boys name but I appreciate him

Okay I honestly usually really love this taco bell, the workers are really sweet to me but on this particular day, I had ordered a side of chips and guacamole and this is what I received. Which is a little bit rude and outrageous considering I ordered chips with it. I couldn’t even eat this with 5 chips. I was really upset about this because I paid for it and not only that the older lady at the drive through was really rude. (The other workers are super sweet, love y’all). I didn’t go back to complain because I honestly didn’t want to ruin a workers day by being a “karen”. Next time be considerate when filling a container because it’s that size for a reason. I didn’t order a smidge. Thank u

Been to a lot of Taco Bell's. This one's my favorite. It's not perfect all the time, but they're either reading these reviews or listening and fixing everything that goes wrong quickly and that's huge.

I like the food, it gets to the car quickly. And the staff are friendly.

Bathrooms disgusting, with no toilet paper. Everyone standing around. It looks 30 seconds of me waving my hands an yelling helo before I could even inform them

Filthy, no clean tables. Trash and food scraps all over the place. No one cleaning anything at all.

I always do the drive-thru, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The food is always good.

The best Taco Bell (and fast food establishment) I've been to. Friendly staff, quality food and always looking out for the customers. Food service worthy of commendation

Ordered 2 tacos and a pepsi. The taco shells smelled and tasted like churros. The soda machine had no ice and we all know tacos need a good cold fountain soda to wash them down. It just feels like a run down Taco bell. For being in a college town I'm surprised it wasn't better.
