Dont usually post reviews but I was highly frustrated from the service, to the food..etc A friend and I went to dinner here, at first we were told itd be a 15 minute wait which turned into 45 minutes, then when we finally got to order our food we had to wait for about an hour to receive it. And it was everything but good.. I highly recommend others to not eat here! The food isnt fresh, the drinks are weak and the waiters are not up to par. Save your money!

Ordered takeout a few months back and it was delicious. Ordered the same take out meals tonight and the food was terrible. 1 steak was well over cooked, 1 steak was barely edible and could hardly be cut with a steak knife. Did not get broccoli side ordered.. Green beans ordered were cold and mushy and tasted like baby food. $11.00 Cole slaw container not full and the spinach dip app container was barely half full. Very disappointed.

Foods always good bartender let me sit here 10mins+ without even saying hi I’m still sitting here I’m going to hot shots. I do believe on most unhappy, because she looked me Square in my face and ignored me

Came here with a friend, had a little bit long of a wait considering there were a lot of empty tables around, we finally got seated and had our orders taken, had to constantly keep asking our waiter about our drinks and food, I feel like if we would’ve never asked, we’d STILL be waiting! I woulda gotten better food service if I would’ve made the food myself, it’s pretty frustrating we can’t go anywhere without having to deal with such horrible customer service. Just another reminder of why I don’t frequent Applebees too often.

My husband and I were headed somewhere else for dinner, but our town was in a traffic gridlock, so we pulled in to Applebee's since it's close to home. Ebony was our server and she was so polite, professional, fun, and helpful! I ordered the Asian salad which was amazing! The vinaigrette was the "icing on the cake"! The gridlock cleared while we were dining. It took 35 minutes to get to Applebee's and only 3 minutes to get home! That gridlock made for a delightful dinner!

Your typical Applebees atmosphere and food. From a service standpoint, this place sucks. By far the worst Applebees I’ve ever been too. All the employees are rude and lazy. We walked in to a less than half full restaurant and it still took us 20 min to be sat and another hour before our food came out. Will never be back. This place sucks. It’s a shame these employees don’t take even the slightest pride in their work.

Save yourself the trouble and don't dine here. Arrived for dinner after a long day of road tripping. Stood at front of restaurant for about 10 minutes with two waiters who walked right by us without so much as a "will be right with you". My family is fine waiting, but the cold aloof attitude was off putting. The bar tender finally came over and seated us although she forgot the third silverware set. Oh well, at least she did the hostess's job. Then sat for another 5 minutes until a waitress finally arrived. Everyone ordered unsweetened teas. I asked if I could sub a side on the 2 for $30 meal due to a food allergy. She said yes, little did I know it meant half the size of the normal side portion. I ordered the steak, broccoli, and coleslaw. Other family ordered had blackened salmon with broccoli and mashed potatoes, and fiesta lime chicken with Spanish rice. We shared the spinach and artichoke appetizer dip and chips with salsa. The waitress literally just brought out the appetizer and we were never offered plates nor checked on to request plates. Salsa tasted like marinara sauce that goes with fried cheese sticks. Dip and chips were okay. Food was brought by someone other than the waitress. My steak was cooked correctly but the seasoning tasted like a salt and pepper shaker were poured on top. The broccoli tasted similar to the steak. The coleslaw was the size of a sauce dipping cup and not at all the size of a full side. Family member's fiesta lime chicken tasted off, and kitchen forgot the pico sauce that came with it. Had to flag down the absent waitress to request the pico. Other family member's salmon meal was actually good. The waitress came by for one tea refill before the food came. Otherwise she didn't come back except to slap down the bill while we were still eating and asked if everything was okay and stalked off before we could respond. When we were ready to pay we wanted to pay cash and waited 15 minutes before the waitress ever came by again. It took her another 10 minutes to find change. Other things we saw were the bar tender bicker with a server about having to leave her station to pick up another server's tables. Watched a large party get seated across from us to the point the party was blocking the aisle. Wasn't the party's fault, and party finally asked if they could have a larger table to not block the walkway area of the restaurant. I have no clue if they cleaned the table the party originally sat at before the next people sat there. Not stopping here again. Save yourself the time and money.

We like Applebee's, but EVERY TIME we order pickup, they forget to give us food, so just make sure you triple check your meal.
