I’ve driven past here multiple times and have always wanted to try it. Finally tried it yesterday and hate the fact it took me so long to do so. The chicken salad was wonderful. I had the Fancy Nancy. It had the perfect amount of grape and apple. I really appreciate the fact the fruit cup is one of the options for a side, especially because it is not an additional charge like it is some places. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant was clean. It was personalized to Concord and felt more like a family owned restaurant than a chain. Very affordable. Can’t wait to come back!

Visited this place for dinner a few nights ago. The staff was extremely friendly. It was my first time and they allowed me to sample a few different salads. I choose the Classic Carol on a croissant. I paired it with an additional scoop of Sassy Scotty and Broccoli Salad which was on point. Very light meal but still fulfilling.

A great place to go if you want something not too heavy, but still tasty. The egg salad on a big fluffy croissant and a side of chicken salad with crackers and the cookie is soft and sweet.

I have lived in Concord all my life but have never been here so I figured me and my family could try it out. Visit was on 3/4/23 around lunch time. Walking in the restaurant was nice and clean but as soon as we got up to the counter the cashier which was the (assistant manager) that day was rude so rude that she didn’t even care that it was our first time being there, nor did she care to explain the menu options or anything…which honestly ruined the experience. Once we received our food she never asked if we enjoyed our visit or our food either; which she was doing to everyone else around us. Not sure what her problem was. Food was okay neither me nor my husband could taste the added flavors in our chicken salads. Our son got a fruit cup and macaroni which was fine he liked it but we found out later they had kids sandwiches finding out by ourselves of course so that was even more of a bummer. We for sure won’t be returning! Hopefully you hire happier friendly people for the future.

04/08/23 First time visit to a Chicken Salad Chick restaurant. With more than a handful of flavor options, the order taker allowed us to sample some chicken salad flavors, which helped us make our decision. Our party ordered the Classic 🐔, Fancy Nancy 🐔, and classic pimento cheese plus sides, which were all very tasty. The broccoli salad totally stole the show for us! 💚 We'll definitely visit Chicken Salad Chick when we're near one again in the future!

Very trendy, yet comfortable place to eat. The food is great and who knew chicken salad could be made so many different ways!?! The staff is friendly and dining space is plentiful. Looking forward to trying different versions of chicken salad by the plate or on a croissant!

There were two ways you could order with bread or without with different choices of bread. They also had soup 🍜 that was hot and delicious.

The food was fresh and delicious. I got the large Olivia's Old South and a side of the very yummy Grape Salad. The staff is always extremely helpful and courteous. I highly recommend Chicken Salad Chicks to everyone.

Dixie Chick is my favorite with the onion. There is another one I get often, I forget the name, but it has bacon and cheese. It's a YES! The pimento cheese is really yummy too. Get a sandwich or grab a portion to go.

Kool eatery for a change of taste from burgers and fries. I love u can get samples b4 selection. Nothing fancy here, just nice clean atmosphere with friendly associates like Lady Lori. Friendly quick and answered all questions nicely I do wish Chick Salads had a low caloric mayo version of their chicken salads Other than that..I like to go in occasionally

As I walked up to the register, I was greeted with a smile from a very nice young lady. Then came great customer service from a GM named Denise. Her customer service is to be commended and cannot go without recognition. A DoorDash driver stole food from me that I ordered at this location. She had absolutely no responsibility for this driver’s theft. She apologized and turned my misfortune completely around. Going above and beyond is an understatement. You really don’t know how much you are appreciated for everything that you did for me today! By the way, the food is great! My favorite chicken salad is Fancy Nancy. My favorite soups are broccoli and cheese and the loaded potato soup. The cookies are from Cheryl’s and they are soooo good!

Went to Chicken Salad Chick for a Mother/Daughter Date! It's one of our favorite places to hang out together! The service was good and the food always is too! I don't know... there's just something about a scoop of creamy, tasty chicken salad and a cup of warm yummy soup that just does the heart good!

This is a nice clean establishment with polite staff. The food was good. The service was great. CSC would be a nice place for a healthier quick bite or lunch options.

I was greeted by a very friendly and informative staff member. She offered samples as well as thorough descriptions and suggestions. I found there to be numerous selections of various types of chicken salad and preparations (sandwiches, salads, to-go containers of chicken salads). I ordered the traditional chicken salad and bought an extra pound container. I will definitely be back to try other items on the menu as well as some more of the traditional chicken salad. I highly recommend this restaurant for some delicious chicken salad.

The food is amazing and so is the staff. Tasha and Layla are two amazing employees. Me and my daughter absolutely love eating here.

Always check your bag. No crackers in the order at all for our container of chicken salad for multiple people to eat. Online order requested extra, and we got none. If you order the seasonal salad at other locations it's a regular sized salad. Here it comes in a tiny box over half the size of another location. Normally I order and add my own scoop of chicken salad. Even their website shows it on a normal plate and not tiny I've even gotten it at some locations that offer to make it with the chicken salad instead of their normal salad. Other locations from now on only.

The food is good. The croissants are excellent, super buttery. Once the cashier discovered I had never eaten there, she began to break down the entire menu for me. That was extremely helpful. I ending up getting a Grape salad as a side.. What the heck is a grape salad?? Its something yummy.. try it if you drop by.....

Their variety of chicken salad is awesome and they're all delicious. The little cookies you get for dessert are good as well.

Ok, so ive eaten all over this country, and have had many styles of food. ive gotta say this place hits all the marks i look for in a GREAT lunch experience. Chicken salad was delicious. They have several flavorful options w/various ingredients. It was my first time tasting, so ordered the classic. It was fresh. Restaurant clean w/ample indoor seating (benches and tables), outdoor seating, clean restroom, and thoughtful decor. I received excellent, personalized, and attentive service. I felt appreciated as a customer.

First timer. The vibes in there and energy were incredible! Carmen knew that menu in and out and each ones description. Carmen’s customer service skills were out of this world! Professionalism is outstanding!! Clean bathroom and restaurant. I’m definitely coming back!

Got there mid-afternoon. There were a lot of people for that time of day, I thought. It was about half full with customers. Our food came out quickly and wow, was it good. I got the lemon basil chicken salad and my husband got the buffalo chicken salad. All good & we'd do it again. ☺️

The food is super fresh and delicious! There isn’t a bad sandwich on the menu and the grape salad is amazing. The portion size is great even the kids meals are a great size. My only complaint has nothing to do with the restaurant but parking at this location is annoying. It’s always insanely busy and at times it can take a long time to find a spot. Also there aren’t enough handicapped parking spots.
