Today me and my friend, went to McDonalds to get two warm drink, hot chocolates to be exact, and due to the recent renovation within the interior of McDonalds, we were evidently denied entry due to the construction so we took the other route and we headed through the Mcdrive. Because of the recent renovation, our close pupils from the nearby school have also used the Mcdrive to obtain their orders and never had an issue with it. However, we had to wait an entire 45 MINUTES to obtain a simply crafted warm drink. Due to the supervisor pirating the team and actively delaying our orders while at least 20+ cars have passed by in the meantime. Me and my friend stood in front of the final window where the supervisor had a clear view of us, standing and freezing in the cold snowy day consider it being a solid -5 degrees on a cold november. I understand that it was a busy day, but considering that we ordered the beverages using the app and had to wait an additional 40 minutes is just absurd. Long story short, it was a terrible Tuesday and further action should definitely be taken as its immensely rude to have customers wait outside in the cold winter day, without even having the polite thought to apologise for the inconviencey. Do better.

Restaurant closed, only drive-thru open. Severely overwhelmed and couldn't cope with the traffic. Very slow queue. Main highway traffic jam

Second time I got food poisoning after eating here. So did my 2 friends. The vegetarian burgers tasted like meat and the hygiene standards are non-existent...

Cold fries, cold burgers, cold onion rings. Really bothersome parking too, not returning.

Got a coffee at the new mc cafe. Can easily rival other cafes at a relatively cheap price

I don't know why McDonald's in Denmark are called as fast food restaurants... ????? The service is very slow and pathetic. Horrible experience.

No breakfast. The point in McDonald's is they're the same whichever one you walk into. This one isn't. Apparently they can just. Choose not to serve breakfast? Imagine if they just chose not to serve Big Macs or McFlurry? And of course, via their app, it's not made clear that this is not somewhere you can plan on having breakfast.

Food's gone up in price. Could almost accept the medium soda going up from 15dkk a few years back, but moreorless everything else getting a 20% increase in price? Definitely not worth it. Won't eat here ever again. Too greedy. Sidenote: when I order extra small oñio, this ain't what I expect or mean. Comeon now

Would be a 5 star if not for ridiculous price increases but this admitting is probably due to global factors, regardless a great Mc Donalds as they can usually make your order before very fast even with 100+ people there

It's McDonald's! I'm lovin' it. This one in particular is quicker than most. Toilets are as per usual in Denmark if you're not paying five star money: pretty awful, unfortunately. Service has been reduced to touch screens but the staff is friendly and warm. You can't really go wrong at McDonald's.

Often makes mistakes with your order. Missing items, wrong items and feigning ignorance when asked about it. This and dry burgers makes it a very bad McDonald's
