Had fun bowling with my wife. It had been a long time for both of us, so this was a nice treat and the price was fair. Food was good as well. Overall a great time.

First and last. Service was non-existent the younger of the two working complained about everything the whole time. They also kept putting everyone in the same lanes side by side when there was about 6 other lanes not in use.

Because of customer service - Huikkos Bowling is no longer running specials on Monday night for discounted bowling and drinks … their website states the opposite, “specials Monday Night..$1 games..” this was about 2 weeks ago and it looks like they did listen to me and have recently updated their outdated website . With that said, It was a lot a lot of work to bring my dad that evening and the younger “main” guy working - could care less. I tried to explain that their website needs to be updated - he didn’t care…just brushed me off as he walked away - so I tried to explained how much work to was to bring my dad there to get him out of the house to watch (he needs assistance) and he didn’t care … never apologized or anything . I have heard from others that their customer service is bad and now I have personally experienced It. Wow!!! ;( I hope they listen to their customers - take this review to heart and learn from their customers. Customers will come back with great service

Called ahead to the pro shop and they said they could take care of me no problem. Drove 20min up there. Waited for 10min patiently in the pro shop with other staff walking by and not saying anything. Finally I walked up to the main counter and asked the kid if anyone was around for the pro shop. He said he would check and walked in back. Came back out and said he didn't know where the guy was, but that he thought he went to the bathroom. I asked if I should just sit tight and and now the kid said I think he left actually. Literally one of the dumbest interactions I've ever had and a complete waste of time. Just say no when I called in the first place!

Great place to have fun indoors while the air quality is bad outside. We like the new system that can be used to order food, quality update. It would be fun to see some dessert options on the touchscreen ordering. If they're on there I couldn't find them.

This was an amazing place to bowl I bowled a tournament here and the bowl alley yo me was very nicely setup up. I loved the lay out.

Hard-working, family-owned bowling alley in Buffalo. Good people to work with.

Cosmic Bowling was fun, employees were great. Good family environment as well, definitely recommend!
