My extensive experience (7 implants and diverse additional work) with has been highly satisfying. The care provided was extremely professional and, as confirmed by my French stomatologist, of high quality. The team was very thorough and of good advice, never worked under time pressure, never took any shortcut, and never attempted to lure me into unnecessary interventions. The initial quotes were scrupulously heeded. A particular thanks is due to Nicolas Vlaemynck who, from its Belgian office, provided prompt, accurate, complete answers and advice. This always with a smile. My only regret is that the follow-up in Bucharest was almost inexistent. After relatively heavy operations, I was left on my own, without an emergency number to call in case of need. Once I was even released without the needed antibiotics and had to find a pharmacy by myself. However, Nicolas told me that they now improved on these points.
