The initial interaction with the salon/spa, appeared hospitable. I was excited to experience this establishment as it was vegan friendly. When arriving for the appointment at 10:00(body hot stone massage - R420), I was guided to the room. The masseuse asked me to remove my clothes and showed me the clothing rack, the room was quite dark, and I enquired if the light could be switched on, while I striped down. The masseuse appeared irritated at this request and mumbled something. I kept my watch on, and kept time of the process. The masseuse only stepped in 10:08, and the massage ended at 10:50. The actual massage didn’t have any specific technique, and it felt more like general rubbing, also the treatment wasn’t the one I requested. Therefore first impression was terrible, and I would not return or recommend this establishment.

A lovely spa and relaxing area. Super friendly staff from the minute you make a booking with the phone to when you finish your treatment. The treatments are well done and quite relaxing. Definitely see myself going here again. The only thing I didn’t like much is the location. It’s very close to main road. Traffic can be quite distracting when you’re there to relax. Especially when you’re in the area where you do your nails and feet that opens main road. I’d definitely bring earplugs next time. But other than that, beautiful and affordable.

Jacintha is an amazing therapist I’ve been going to her for years for facials now. She is super knowledgeable and has amazing products which are all cruelty free and vegan. Should you want gorgeous glowing skin be sure to book a facial with jacintha and earth, body and skin! My nails are always beautiful too along with my lash lift, so grateful to have found this awesome beauty salon.

I love Earth Body Skin for their affordable and wonderfully relaxing massages. Their location is convenient and this small, women owned business with an eco-friendly vibe is a great little spa to enjoy. I’m not a mani/pedi person but they have several, pleasant colour options and breathable polish available if that’s your preference! Definitely a small luxury worth investing in.
