    I recently visited the store to pay an account and was impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the store. The layout made it easy to find items, and the products were top-notch in terms of quality. However, I believe there's room for improvement in the customer care service provided by the staff. It would enhance the overall shopping experience if they were more attentive and responsive to customers' needs.

    Worst service ever!! Ordered 8 dining chairs and 4 bar chairs on the 15th of Nov 2023. Paid in store. Still have nothing but empty promises. Take my advise and do not buy from them.

    Very disappointing experience so far! We went to the store in Somerset-west on Friday, 10 November. We saw a study table we liked and asked if we could have two. We were informed that the store only had one but they could get us another one from Midrand. It would take two weeks. We discussed this with a gentleman by the name of Leewayne Soldaat. He said that we need to pay within 24 hours to secure the two desks. He added that the one in Midrand may be damaged. We said that we would still consider it if it is the case depending on the damage. We were invoiced the same day and the 24 hours were stressed. I saw that only one desk was invoiced. I phoned mr Soldaat on his cell phone ( he gave it to us) and he told we tot double it and pay for both. We did so the same evening. We mailed mr Soldaat proof of payment. We then arranged for someone to accept delivery in two weeks time as we do not live at this address permanently. My husband phoned Mr Soldaat several times to confirm that he has processed the payment in-house and to make sure all is in place. We could not get hold of him at all. Today, after 5 calls he answered and told my husband that the study table in Midrand branch is damaged. He has located another in Roodepoort branch and will Inform before 5 pm today. He did not. This is unacceptable conduct from a consultant at a leading brand furniture store. They have full payment for two study tables and did not bother to inform us that the one at Midrand is damaged. It is almost a week later. He also preferred to ignore that point that he agreed to let us know the extent of the damage so we could decide if we would like to go ahead. This is inefficiency at a high level and we were mislead by this consultant. He should not have told us to pay for both if he could not guarantee another desk. We will have to travel all the way from Franschhoek to Somerset to try and either get our money back or get hold of a staff member with more work integrity. It is very disappointing and definitely out last shopping at this store. Lots of unnecessary stress. We have to cancel all our arrangements due to this lack of cordial and effective action.

    I have been to the store more than once and each time staff always seems like they not interested in assisting you. The last trip Kelebogile I believe was her name, gave the impression that assisting me was an inconvenience to her time and as much as it’s the closest store to my home I will try a different branch. Maybe send the staff for customer service training because when paying a certain price for products, you expect better service

    Omw... Staff is so unfriendly n not helpful at all... I'm now trying to call for the past hour.. And nobody still answered the fone.. They might be busy.. But could nobody answer and just say hold pls mam.. Bad service honestly.. I'm talking about somerset mall stall
