Bad service. I called to ask for the number of the hairdresser next door the shop assistant nombogile at cash crusaders told me she is too busy and I need to call back later I called back to complain and Enrico was not much help aslo . Amazing how people who work in a shop and with customers actually don't want to help customers .I am a long time customer at cash crusaders I won't shop at this particular store again

Decent store with some good stock at times. Location isn't the best, staff can be rude at times. Overall still not a bad store to visit and worth a stop

The shop was to cluttered.. i walked around for almost 10 minutes without the staff approaching to lend assitance

Very very bad attitude the staff at C.C. Wanted sell a high end watch before I sat down the lady said we pay very little for watches ...like what the hell. ...then she said I will have to show my manager there is some scratches on face of watch.(mens watch Chaps ) oh my word .I brought the box and receipt.

The staff are very informative, friendly and helpful. The store is well equipped. And prices are good.

Bad service, incompatant assistance/ manager. Silver chain gang, weak intimidation. Can't answer simple question. Wait 21 days for a quote. Only pay cash for a manual hand written receipt. Answer was we'll help cause I'm being difficult. Q= where did it say on the receipt cash only. Q= eta after waiting 30days. 1 answer was why didn't I ask.

Bad service!! How do you wait on your own belongings that you collect at their store and hear its at their warehouse even after the second day they fail to get back to u whatsoever even after you paid it finish to get your things back ..you call u ask when you will get your things the fone is shut in your face like they lying about your things to why u not getting it ..I'm pissed

Absolute horrible service from Enrico. Very disappointing & disgusted by the way you treat your paying customers. I asked him simply print a duplicate of the buy back agreement (as I had misplaced mine). The response I got was, "no I can't get a print out, as I already paid for the item" turned his back on me and walked off.

Whoever sits behind the camera telling customers how to wear their clothing needs to catch a wake-up!
