Used to love this place, have been going there multiple times a week/month since they opened. Recently the drinks seem to lack the bold coffee/espresso flavor and are overly sweet, even when ordering an extra shot. My kids love the donuts but they are sold out 75% of the time and and lately if they do have have they are so dry even coffee can’t save them! The staff is always welcoming and a pleasure to speak with and they keep me going on occasion but I have started spending my money else where for my daily coffee.

The coffee is incredible with unique options. The service is always fantastic, however the atmosphere is a drive up environment. They do have a walk up on the other side if you're so inclined to get out of your vehicle.

Great drive-thru coffee shop! They have some really tasty coffee. You can tell whether a coffee shop is good by ordering their cheapest brewed coffee. And Bro Bears brewed coffee is far better than what you can get from other places. It’s not burnt, not watery, and not overly bitter.

The cutest and best drive thru coffee I have been to. They have yummy breakfast treats and their seasonal options are amazing. The customer service is always outstanding and I recommend you try their coffee next time you're close by.

Stumbled across Bro Bears while traveling on I-81 in Winchester, VA. I ordered the Nutty Bro-Fessor which is Macadamia Nut, Chocolate and SIX Shots!! Possibly the best coffee I have ever had…. Plus our dogs loved the Bro-Pup Treats!! This is a much better option than DD or Starbucks!! Support Local!!

Really great place and a nice alternative to Starbucks or even Gas Station Coffees. The "Bro-mantic" was tasty and not too sweet, while the Chocolate covered espresso beans were so good I came back and got a whole bag!

Wow what a great way to start the morning. A Pumpkin Delight hot coffee and Pumpkin donuts hit the spoke. Great experience. Grab and go style!

Awesome spot! I make my own lattes at home but we were in Winchester for a BMX race and this was our Sat. morning stop. We were able to get a 24 Oz. Iced breve that I held onto for most of the day. I didn't get any treats there but they sounded like they had some tasty bites as well. I would definitely visit again if I lived nearby!

Bro Bears is my favorite coffee shop in the area, which is why I'm willing to drive 30 minutes to get to it. They have something for everyone, with keto drinks and alternative milk options and even a special pup cup that comes with a treat on top. And their mini donuts are really good. I love their seasonal drinks especially, they really spoil us with having like 10 different pumpkin drinks to choose from during fall! While it is drive-thru only, I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes to order. If you go in winter, you have to try their iced gingerbread latte - SO much better than any chain shop!

The coffee was fantastic and so are the ladies serving us. Just wished they had another place on the other side of Winchester. Much better than DD or SB

Went to this cute little drive through. Ordered a keto bomb. Coffee wasn’t strong at all and was watered down. I also had a spill because I received a broken lid :/

Prices are kind of insane. I paid 9.73 this morning for one iced coffee. Rechecked the menu prices to my receipt and I was charged higher than the menu. I always prefer to support local but this is worse than Starbucks pricing. 😬 maybe update the menu pricing if no longer charging that amount.

This is my go to. I'm not normally the more rpicy coffee type but this is worth every last penny. I drive out of my way everytime for it. People are quick and friendly never had a bad cup or experience!

My husband kept hearing great things at work about this place, so we made a point the next time we were in the area to try it...this coffee is WAY better than any chain. The girl working yesterday was awesome, we told her it was our first time and asked a few questions she was happy to answer for us. We had the Grizzly Bear coffee and the Caramel Apple Blossom coffee as well. We got our daughter a cotton candy drink, and She loved it. From the first sip, we were hooked and wish we lived closer just to have this more often! Not sure if the coffee bean is the usual topping with a hot coffee or if she gave it to us because it was our first time but I need to go back and get those too because the ratio of chocolate to coffee bean was perfect!!! Will definitely be visiting every time we end up in Winchester, for sure!

The best part of my day. Cannot recommend Bro Bears enough! Not only is their coffee delicious but it’s always a pleasant experience. They have so many options. Whether you’re keto or dairy free, they can accommodate so many people. This is my favorite morning stop in Winchester! Highly recommend.

Great beverages and food. If you haven't tried The Beekeeper cold brew,your missing out! Hints of Vanilla ,Lavender and honey. Highly recommend! Friendly, courteous staff..

Drive thru coffee shop. Great variety...good hospitality....I was 4th in line and I was "on the clock" so time was of the essence....a small wait but was well worth it!!!!!

My husband just tried to order via the walk-up window and was completely snubbed! I dont know if they were backed up or anything but the people inside saw that he was there and ignored until he gave up after seven minutes! Im incredibly sad and dissappointed on his behalf. Imagine trekking home after a long night at work hoping for a little perk-up and getting completely ignored by your favorite little coffee hideaway. Usually their service is top notch, which makes this incident all the more disappointing... EDIT: Husband says there were only 2 cars in the drive thru line. So absolutely NO excuse to ignore him for 7 minutes! Even a quick "Hey, we'll be right with you" or " Sorry, machine is acting up so it might take a while" or SOMETHING would have been nice but no! Nada! Zip! Nothing! That's so rude!

Absolutely loved the coffee that I got and my kids LOVED their smoothies. The staff was so nice and friendly. I really like that it's just a little drive through. I appreciate a smaller menu and quality products.

Still great coffee about 4 years after they opened, and their prices haven’t skyrocketed unlike everything else this year. They continue to have a solid menu. However - their wait times are getting quite long, averaging 5-10 minutes per car. Part of the issue is the high number of walk ups that get served immediately. I’ve seen numerous cars leave the line the past few months because, and it’s taken on average about 30 minutes for me to get through the line lately.

I delivered an Instacart order for Bro Bears. They ordered muffins from Costco - 4 packs of blueberry and 4 packs of double chocolate, which was exactly what was purchased and delivered. They marked the items as incorrect in order to get them for free from Instacart. That is fraud. Pretty sad that a local business feels they have to lie to get free muffins.

I am normally here every other day! They are always super friendly and all have amazing personalities, the coffee is always great! I have actually stopped going to Starbucks and have switched to Bro Bears.

This is by far the BEST coffee I’ve ever had. Ive tried all the popular flavors and they’re all mind blowing. The staff is always SO nice no matter what time of day it is or how busy it is!
