I went there for about month and then my therapist left with out informing me. I got no phone call and had to keep calling spectrum to find out what happened. They told me they would call me back after they had a replacement. It's been over two months. How the program works if you've missed a month of therapy they have the right to stop services. So I feel like I have been given the run around. If your trying to take care of your mental health I suggest going to a different place. I am so disappointed in this experience. Spectrum was suppose to help.

Let me start by saying I would not be here nor would my fiance Dan without spectrum! Before they took us back he overdosed twice in 24 hours 3 times with in our relationship alone... we needed help we were Done with sleeping outside under a bridge, we wanted more for eachother and to have a family!! I Absolutely love this place, Spectrum is amazing and saved us! Don't listen to the rumors if you or a loved one is struggling with opiate addiction and need help come here AND CHOOSE FOR YOURSELF DONT LISTEN TO ANYONE.. My mom was totally against it and still is butnahe refuses to go to the educational family class where they help your family understand what it is and why it's not just like being on heroin I'll tell YOU that much no matter what anyone may say thats a ball face lie!!..Spectrum saved my life and getting on the clinic I could never put two days together of clean time never mind 3 years that im at now because i got my life back. I medicate ever morning and it started me on a great routine. I didnt want suboxon where you can sell it on the street, I needed that structure and they drug test you, you have a clinician that you can talk to once a week or once a month and groups you attend every week that have you with people that are going through the same thing you are and you can find sober friends sometimes you do have to watch out for the people that aren't doing the right thing or just aren't ready to be sober...if you want great people who care about you where your not just a number and you need medicated assisted treatement come here you will not be dissatisfied!! Thanknyou spectrum for saving me and my FIANCES life we would not be here if not for you and everyone that works there! Especially 40 spruce st in leominster I've been there the whole three years and I was on the Worcester one before this time for a year and there both spectrum but spice st is just so much more personable..its small, well to me it started at 200 and is easily climbing to the 600 hundreds I'm assuming..its just better in my opinion because everyone knows you all the staff and my son they were with me my whole pregnancy and your treated then more then a junkie like an actual human being!!

Spectrum Health Services' PAVE Program, an IPAEP/CBP for domestic violence abusers, is a phenomenal program that helps domestic violence abusers on how to cope and better manage with various techniques on how to deal with anger management issues, violent tendencies and how to have & build better relationships with their partners/victims and all those affected by domestic violence. I highly and fully recommend to all who have been a domestic violence abuser, past or present, to partake in this vital & crucial program. If interested (and if not already court ordered), contact Maureen Casey here @ Spectrum to learn more about PAVE and other programs Spectrum has (specifically for anger management is one example). Mike & Faith administer the PAVE Program on a weekly basis. My group sessions are every Wednesday, from 430 to 630 pm for 40 weeks, start to finish. I wish all abusers the best of luck out there in getting the help we all so desperately need!

Safe clean to get your mind right place. Great Psychiatrist. They do their best to help you here. I think the staff differ, some are good and some are just there for a job. The only thing is when I came here the whole five days there were like no groceries. I ate toast and ramen for five days Not even any milk, just water. There are signs that says the staff has snacks but they dont have any, did the staff eat it all? Feel starved.

I absolutely love this place. They have helped me so much in my road to recovery. Super friendly and treat me like a human (because I am!!!!). I go to the 4 pm group on Weds often because it is my release now. Being around people who have been there or are there is such a huge thing. I have made a few good friends who have become a key support now. There are some bad apples but that happens anywhere. The staff helped push and show me a path to bettering myself and also inspired me to become a drug counselor as well. They see that I have the drive to help others who have been where I have and keep them from making similar choices and have encouraged me to further my education for this. Coming from someone who has been on both sides and can relate/understand is important. I'm so thankful to have found this place. They helped me get my life back!

This place is disgusting. I've been trying to get treatment for MONTHS but they turn me away every time. First time I went they aren't accepting walk ins that particular Wednesday. I call and make an appointment and go 5 minutes late and get turned away. They took my information so I go back but I lost my ID so I bring an old school ID, my social security card and birth certificate and they say they ID is too old. Disgusting customer service and atmosphere. Get treatment somewhere else. Everyone else I know from there has had problems as well. They should just close this place down. My counselor from rehab called before I tried to go and was shocked by how rude and how uninformed they were

Place needs to get their stuff together. If you have an appointment they cant find you sometimes or it's Alva later timer and your still waiting. Always under-staffed

Highly corrupt business. Today i had a fraudulent landscaping company parked way to close to my car and I'd really like to know what happened today. This is not okay what so ever. I have to pay to go to classes for this will be filing a report with the bbb and city hall.
