You don’t matter to them. You will wait 5 hours to be seen by a doctor for a few minor stitches on the hand. You will sit in the waiting room continuously bleeding for hours. You will go hungry and you will be tired. It’s almost like they don’t care? If your going to Clinton hospital bring a lunch box and a tourniquet. Extremely disappointing when you would rather risk your life to get to the next hospital out of town because you don’t trust the one down the street from you. EDIT: Reason for a harsh review- I've gone for stitches to the hand and I almost cut my finger off (seperate occasion). Waited in the waiting room for both of those things for over 5 hours I'm not freaking joking. And I have more experiences.

this place is terribly short staffed. I went here with a potentially broken hand. only one doctor was on duty. there was a part of the ER waiting room reserved for covid patients, who were left unattended for hours. I had to eat candy from a vending machine for dinner, and I spent 5 hours in here after being triaged, just to never be seen. awful.

Ridiculously long line to wait, the rude lady at the front desk won’t even give you an estimated wait time she gave me a rude, feisty tone while I remained neutral with my child potentially have RSV or Covid. You should prioritize sick babies at the top of the list. Another mom with a sick son had the same problem and she was very antsy going in and out of the hospital because you will get cabin fever the way they make you wait. They need to let patients know the estimated wait time and not just leave them for so long in the dark !

I had trouble breathing and was at the bottom of the list. I also had COVID and had to sit with everyone else, potentially infecting them. Nothing but rudeness except for the nice woman who did blood work and an EKG, which I got the results from but nobody met with me to discuss them. I had to leave and be rushed to a different hospital. Will NEVER come here again. Would not wish this treatment on my enemy.

This is a staple in the town of Clinton. I’m glad that it is there to help the community and beyond in such a tough time in life right now. This hospital staff goes above and beyond to serve the patients, even when it doesn’t seem the night will end. Healthcare workers that serve here are an amazing team and deserve to be celebrated. Especially the hard work of the devoted nurses. Thank you to all caregivers !!!

Horrible staff in the emergency department! Every single physician nurse, and PCA I dealt with was completely horrible, poor bedside manner, and completely unprofessional. One of the nurses even screamed at me for asking a simple question she couldn't answer. I am a nurse and was absolutely shocked at how disrespectful and uneducated the nurses at Clinton Hospital were! Not to mention they can never find beds and the quality of care puts patient safety at risk (nurses never do proper assessments, the wait time is extensive, no supervision). Would never EVER go to this hospital for care again, and please consider this yourself. Go to UMass in Worcester if you are sick and need help. Everyone in the ED should be fired and once I receive my medical records I will be reporting both the physicians and nurses to the board(s) for their unsafe, improper, and unprofessional care.

My daughter injured her wrist. We got here this morning at 9am, the ER was empty, not one person. They said, “wait for X-ray”. 2 hours later no X-ray. The Doctors are great, but the management of this place is a joke.

Posting this from a bed on this hospital. This is BAD. I understand that there is a shortage on the medical field, but what's the purpose of an emergency room if you have to wait 4+ hours (me now) to be seen by a doctor?

This is not a bad Hospital like other people say I went there twice to the ER in two weeks for the same issue and both times I did a full work up CAT scan, blood work, checked my urine, gave me IV fluids, were very thorough and I didn't even have to ask them to send my primary physician who's out of network the information she had it the next day already they did a great job and I appreciate them. Also a few months back my husband went in with anaphylactic shock and they worked together so quickly and saved his life! great job guys

I came with my daughter about a month ago and nursing staff was dropping f bombs and talking badly about their other patients right in front of us. Today I go for a chest X-ray. I waited in waiting room sick for three hours to be told I can stay but it will be even more hours. I never got my chest X-ray. This hospital is a joke. I will drive out of town next time. Horrible.

One of the nurses names Susan was extremely rude. I was crying for almost 20 minutes. I’ve been sick for almost two months and needed a chest x ray and politely said my “PCP won’t even let me in the building I just need some answers.” She told me “the emergency room isn’t for allergies.” She mocked me the entire time i told her my symptoms. I told her i was coughing up stuff and she had me cough it up in the waiting room in front of other people while i waited. told me the doctor would look at it but he didn’t even ask. I understand hospitals are short staffed and there’s a lot of sick people out there, but her bedside manner was terrible. I even offered to just leave and find a different place to help me because i was so hysterical. She of course apologized to me after my mom showed up. told me i had to be more “assertive” but that’s what i was doing from the beginning... if you plan on going to seek medical help I would make this place your last choice. Extremely humiliating experience...

I needed to have a skin check so my primary care recommended I go to Courtney Pilon, PA at Clinton Hospital. My insurance does not cover much so I attempted to get an estimate before I went. No one ever called me back. I sent a message in MyChart. I could not get an estimate. A simple Google search indicates that a dermatology visit in MA should be around $230 - $280. I figured I could afford that so I went. After the visit, I get a bill for over $800. with a discount to pay early so as ticked off as I was at the price, I paid $400. My insurance paid $522.89. This brings the total paid for 1 simple skin check to $922.89 AND THEY STILL WANT MORE! I can't see that origninal bill now because this is all on the website but the NEW bill is $1423. AND it includes a charge for an Md I never met, Dr. Rita Khodosh. What kind of fraudulent scam is this hospital running?

Used the emergency room. A bit of a wait, as there were 6 people ahead of me. Once seen, they were fantastic in seeking ,as well as fixing my problem. The nurse (Audrey) was FANTASTIC!!!

My husband went to Clinton Hospital ER. He was taken in right away. He was admitted with pneumonia and stayed two days. Everyone there was wonderful from the moment he walked in until he left. Thank you so much for everything you do.

today is the 19th of february yesterday morning I took my car without being able to drive with severe pain in my groin and I went to this hospital I arrived at 3 am and when 7 hours of waiting had passed there was only a drip hanging in an empty vein and doctors and nurses laughing at each other in my forward and talking about how your weeks went I pulled the needle and came to a nearby hotel I'm scared and alone because I don't know what happened and if it's appendicitis it will probably be the end of me

I love Clinton Hospital. In and out in no time, compared to other hospitals.

Kudos to Quinn and Jocelyn and all the staff in the emergency room. My bf Charles and I went in at 4pm and he was taken right away. My bf had a high temp and was in severe pain and Quinn and Jocelyn made his stay very comfortable and he can be a bit grouchy when sick and they made him laugh which helped put him at ease. Highly recommend the staff in the ER!

We had the unfortunate opportunity to visit the ER at Clinton Hospital due to some back issues. I hate going to the doctor. I haven’t seen my PCP in years due to anxiety. From reception to triage and then to the actual ER doctor and nurse that saw me - we had a great experience. Everyone was kind, they didn’t make us feel rushed, and took time helping me understand the options. I so appreciated everyone at the hospital for their kindness.

Clinton Hospital: Very sad to see it so degraded. Concerned about a possible blood clot, we contacted Clinton Hospital Emergency Room asking them about getting it checked out. They said they had imaging capability and weren’t busy, so we should come right over. Once we got there, and completed the triage process, we learned that they did not have the imaging technology needed and that they had a gravely ill patient that would consume all of the doctor’s attention for several hours. Their proposal was to have us wait hours for the doctor to send an order (which he had already given verbally) and then they would arrange transport for my husband to and from Leominster Hospital BY AMBULANCE for the imaging. Their proposal was completely inappropriate. They just wanted to collect big bucks. If you find yourself at Clinton Hospital and a nurse named Sue starts to lecture you, run for your life and your hold on to your wallet.

the worst sat in the waiting room for 6+ hours, they took people that showed up after me, got told they were making my bed and still was sitting in the waiting room a hour after being told. definitely do not recommend this hospital.
