    The Leesburg Autocare Ctr has the best crew for services. They saved me time and money replacing tires for my car. Will go there for my car needs with trust and respect.

    Ordered 4 tires and scheduled for them to be mounted and balanced today at noon. Received an email that the appointment was cancelled, no call and no one picked up after calling for 5 hours straight. Contacted the store, no answer. My brother lives nearby and went in, no one in customer service knows where the tires are (customer service hotline says they were delivered 12/21), auto care center did not even see my appointment and gave no explanation to the missing apt or why it was cancelled. No one knows anything and I just loaned this store ~$500 only to probably have to cancel this and try to get a set of tires installed on Christmas Eve.

    I changed all the 4 tires here with the TPMS sensors. Unlike the other reviews, I had really a positive experience. Mr. James who works here was very helpful. No issues with the installations. The only con that I would say is the waiting time. It took almost 4+ hours to start working on my car. But considering the number of work that they are receiving everyday this look very obvious. I recommend them and will visit them again.

    I brought my Honda Civic to the sterling location for an oil change and tire rotation and they swapped two of my OEM Honda lug nuts with random lug nuts. Now they’re saying they have to check the cameras to see if they are responsible??? Basically telling me I’m wrong. I need a full refund for the hassle that has come with this service and a refund for the lug nuts I’m going to have to go buy from Honda. Unacceptable on a brand new car.

    Stay away from this auto shop. Absolutely God awful customer service. They told me my tire would be fixed in 90 minute. I waited over 4 hours - durring which I was told over and over that everything was going well - only to find out that they never even saw my car. They just straight up didn't service it. Everyone there is unfriendly and doesn't want to talk to you. They make 0 effort to communicate and are openly hostile. I have been to Walmart Auto before at other stores, it's not always this bad.

    Went here last week after reading some of these reviews to see for myself. They installed 4 tires, balanced them and got my car to me within an hour while I browsed the store. Speed and efficiency is what I got. Everyone was pleasant and professional. I felt like a valued customer and would recommend to anyone.

    If you know how the process here works and the fact working on cars DOES take time, you’re going to have no issue. The technicians here are hard working and get the job done. Yes, it can take longer to get your car done when you show up hours after they’ve opened for the day. But if you get there early when they open, you’ll be in and out. Never have I waited over an hour for a full balance and rotation. You can’t expect to show up after 9am (especially on weekends) and get your car done ASAP. The world doesn’t revolve around you :)

    Take over 30 minutes to check in, another 30 to pick up keys and 2 hours for service. Bad customer service. Front people disappear every few minutes.

    Don't expect 'first-come, first-serve' service. If you drive your car up to big arrow that says "Enter" next to it...next in line...nope. You first need to park, but half of parking spots are for disabled, so no place to park to get in the ACTUAL line inside to get service. People will cut right in front of you and staff organizes nothing.

    The wrost service experience, I was there yesterday and signup for my tire change at 1pm told me that I was behind 3 cars(which will take not more than an hour and half for max) but i didn't get any notification on my phone (which they said i would get when they start working on my car) for 3 hours(4pm), I talked with the associate working there and they said that I was still behind 5 cars and it will be done at the end of the day. Wasted my time and effort, if there was a negative star i would give them without hesitation.

    How do sell tires and offer service but don’t provide workers with the tools necessary to get the job done. Not acceptable. Get these guys the right equipment and tools to do the job

    The people at the oil change are at best can be explained as Lazy. They don't wanna do the job. The opening was at 7 but we had to wait for about an hour before anyone can help up with anything. Oil change takes an hour to complete. Just avoid. Go somewhere else with any auto problem but here.

    I felt like leaving a review, despite my "non-event" experience, because of the large number of negative reviews. My recent visit was a standard experience; the workers were polite and the tires and services were priced right. As usual for Walmart auto centers, there was a constant flow of customers and tire changes take time, so it took about 1.5 hrs. Some advice: 1) always come early on a weekday and never on a weekend, and 2) shop for your tires online beforehand so you know what they have in stock.

    Francis was amazing and super helpful. It’s unfair that this location has such low reviews because we have been here 3 times and have been more than satisfied each time. The majority of the staff here are incredible and informative and care so much about providing the best service. They give you more insight on what is wrong with your vehicle and arm you with information that will help you detect issues on your own should any of the same problems arrive moving forward. I can see why this location may have low reviews, however **if you get the right employee to help you** you will have an amazing experience. 9/10 are amazing, and I’m so sorry to those who had an experience with lazy employees. !!!!Stay away from Mickey(the ginger with the live laugh love hand tattoo)!!!! He has a negative attitude and refused to help us further than telling us we ordered the wrong part and that he had other customers that he had to help. Francis saw us struggling and swooped in to help. He was amazing and gave us so much information about what was wrong with the car. He called customer service for us and took care of the return ourselves. He did everything we could to make sure we got great service and got our tires taken care of right away. We are so grateful for his help! We love this location and hope they get more good reviews. Just stay away from Mickey!

    The absolute f'n worst! We are all aware and dealing with staffing shortages. The way 2 hours turns into 4 hours without an explanation or knowledge of why is crazy. Then to be notified that materials needed to complete the job are not available. I'm not making this comment after coming in one time. I've come 3 times for an oil change and it has been the same ignorance, every. single. time. The first time I came for a service, they "forgot" that my car was checked in. Save yourself some time & stress, go to a different location.

    Customer reps are incompetent, dont know how to use computer. something so simple like checking for tires etc and they could not do. I watched these 2 guys clueless trying to scan a tire into system and big line of people waiting. Store manager should be ashamed

    It was good working with the staff at Walmart. They were fair and honest about the work and it was reasonably priced. We brought in tires and wheels for mounting. They called us when the wheels were ready. I appreciate the service!

    Staff members are hardworking people. Took About 3.5 hours for scheduled tire install. Arrived at 6:45am for a 7:00am appointment. Guys didn’t get me in the bay until 45mins later to a system issue. Due to the equipment they were using they said it made their job 10x harder just to get my old tires off the rim to install new set. They struggled for hours. I hope this location can upgrade these technicians equipment to make their job more efficient. Walmart can invest, do better to assist their staff in doing a great job in a timely manner. All the techs were great and had good attitudes. 1 star rating for Walmart!!!

    So I got there to buy tires and have them installed around 1pm. The one of the managers was sharp with me. He just said 'no more installs today, next' I simply bought the tires and went elsewhere to have them installed.

    Do not bring your car here. Under tained staff he no idea what their doing. Upwards of 3 hour wait and the "technician" wanted to put the wrong size battery in my car. Outside of not spreaking/reading English which happens to be relevant he was clueless.

    Expect to wait awhile. Service manager is slooooooooowwwwwwww. Its cheap but it’d be nice if they could just be honest and say its gonna take a loooooooooong time. I was told 2 and a half hours but it took 5. I dont recommend going without an appointment.

    Even after making an oil change appointment. They have mentioned the time slot to finish the task like 1 hour. Until you go and follow up again, they never check your vehicle. I have been waited like 2hrs 30 min for just oil change. If you have enough time this is the best place. Most of them here not showing interest in work.

    Waited five minutes of ringing, called ended so I called again. Waited ten minutes on hold after saying I needed tires, then had someone check for my vehicle tires. 2 for the person being nice about the situation but definitely wasted my time.

    I am reaching out to express my significant dissatisfaction with the service I recently received at your establishment. On Saturday, December 16, I brought my car in for maintenance service. While the service itself was completed, I was dismayed to discover upon returning home that two out of four tire caps were missing. This situation is entirely unacceptable and reflects a lack of care and responsibility on the part of your staff. I promptly filed a complaint in person, as instructed, and was assured that I would receive a call to address the issue. However, to date, I have not received any response from your end. This lack of attention and negligence toward customer issues is deeply disappointing. As a loyal customer, I expected a higher level of customer service and accountability from Walmart. This experience has left a very negative impression on my perception of your company. I sincerely hope that you take immediate action to address this issue and improve your customer service practices.     Came in Morning at 7 am at Sterling Auto center Long wait times 3 hours upto 5 hours No proper process to tell customers that they are not taking any more. Telling customers what will be expected time for service. No one's takes responsibility for customers waiting. Waiting area has got 4 chairs and there are 15 customers rotating on an average. Store shift manager says they can't do much and this is expected from them. If I do have options for negative ratings they should have got lowest for sure but not sure if that's makes any difference to them.

    Very busy the day we came but Frances the only person running the desk was amazingly helpful considering the tasks he was trying to handle alone. Two workers at the desk would have been more efficient. Please acknowledge Frances for his hard work.
