am
reaching
out
to
express
my
significant
dissatisfaction
with
the
service
I
recently
received
at
your
establishment.
On
Saturday,
December
16,
I
brought
my
car
in
for
maintenance
service.
While
the
service
itself
was
completed,
I
was
dismayed
to
discover
upon
returning
home
that
two
out
of
four
tire
caps
were
missing.
This
situation
is
entirely
unacceptable
and
reflects
a
lack
of
care
and
responsibility
on
the
part
of
your
staff.
I
promptly
filed
a
complaint
in
person,
as
instructed,
and
was
assured
that
I
would
receive
a
call
to
address
the
issue.
However,
to
date,
I
have
not
received
any
response
from
your
end.
This
lack
of
attention
and
negligence
toward
customer
issues
is
deeply
disappointing.
As
a
loyal
customer,
I
expected
a
higher
level
of
customer
service
and
accountability
from
Walmart.
This
experience
has
left
a
very
negative
impression
on
my
perception
of
your
company.
I
sincerely
hope
that
you
take
immediate
action
to
address
this
issue
and
improve
your
customer
service
practices.
I
valued
my
relationship
with
Walmart,
but
this
experience
has
tested
my
trust
in
your
brand.
