Fabulous experience. From the moment I walked in and worked with Terry, April and Jason until Carlos and his team finished their work. Complete master bath renovation. All new cabinetry, plumbing fixtures, faucets, schluter shower system, mirrors, lighting, etc.

My kitchen is beautiful and finished to an excellent work. They listened to our requirements and delivered the kitchen we wanted within the agreed time frame. My kitchen is superb quality and such a beautiful colour. Nothing was too much trouble to solve the issues we had. Very pleased with the end results. This business treated us like family. I have given ADC over $60K in business in the past 15 years including new carpet, hardwood floors, and a major kitchen and bathroom renovation with new cabinets and countertops. Overall they did a good job but afterwards they have not stood behind their work. Six years after the kitchen renovation, the granite developed a big crack. I have contacted them several times requesting their help to repair or replace. They have been unresponsive and not interested in helping to make it right. I know it’s past warranty, but I expected them to work with me to replace at a reduced cost. After all the business I did with them I’m frankly shocked at their lack of caring. I have contacted other firms to replace the cracked granite and they have said the crack is likely due to a faulty install. I ended up replacing the granite and confirmed it was a faulty install. The root cause was the dishwasher was too high and not level with the cabinets and therefore did not provide a level area underneath the granite. When the dishwasher ran, the vibrations, over time, compromised the integrity of the narrow granite section by the adjoining sink. Two large rooms also developed large bubbles in the carpet. This should not have occurred.

Good company over all they put our floors in. They cleaned up after themselves. They ran a little late but they did call us to let us know. We have had them do our floors over several years. They just finished our kitchen and they did an amazing job with the granite and back splash. I have never had granite before but I realize how easy it is to clean and more important how nice it is to sit hop things on like cookie sheets at the holidays. It made such a difference on the kitchen. The kitchen design we chose was perfect and we appreciate the crew that did the work. They cleaned up after themselves and showed up at normal business hours. The crew was courteous and my husband and I felt very comfortable with them. We love our under-mount stainless sink cause it is so easy to clean and I am glad the store staff talk me out of the black sink I thought about getting. They did a great job with the kitchen flooring too. I know some people dont like vinyl but I really cherish my armstrong floor. It is so easy to take care of and its just perfect for us when we have grand kids that come over and can drop drinks and stuff I know it will clean up easily. I am glad I went with the vinyl instead of the ceramic plus it i so much easier on my feet when I am cooking in the kitchen which is something to think about if you are older. Our vinyl floor looks like ceramic. My friends and neighbors love it. We got a great deal on our kitchen and I know that it was a win for both us and American Decorating Center.

We had carpet done wall to wall. The crew was on time polite and cleaned up after their selves. We have since had our kitchen and baths done and have had great experiences with the staff and installers. We have trust in the crews when we left the house and when calling the showroom we always get a hold of a human by phone which you cant say with most companies these day. A good local company. We also bought our carpet and we have loved it.

I decided a few months ago that I wanted to remodel a few parts of my house. I was recommended to talk to American Decorating by a co-worker who had used them and loved them so I called and could not have been more pleased that I did! I explained to them what I wanted and they were more than happy to help me out. After the initial call Jason came out and took the measurements of the rooms that I wanted done and talked to me about plumbing and how it would have to be changed for the things that I wanted to do. I stopped by the office and looked over all of the options that they had for paint, hardwood flooring, carpet, tile, counter tops, back splashes, bathroom cabinets, kitchen cabinets, and faucets. Within a few days the crews were at my house starting work. The kitchen remodel has to be my absolute favorite part of the entire thing! They matched my backsplash perfectly with the tile that I picked out. The granite countertops are perfect and the new island that they installed is the most wonderful part! The flooring was installed perfectly and was exactly what I wanted. When they painted they were very professional and cleaned up after them selves like they had never even been there, except for the beautifully painted living room that I now have! The basement bathroom and laundry room closet are a great addition to my basement and the quality of work was wonderful. I could not be happier with this company and the work in which they provided to me.

April was very knowledgeable with our new bath design and her estimate saved us almost 40% compared to another company. The best part is the crew did a perfect job from start to finish. We are so happy with the tile we picked and the cabinets that look great with granite. We love our larger shower and it makes the bath look so much bigger with the glass shower doors. We really enjoyed working with the staff with have our dream bath come true.

This established business recently moved to a brand new spacious facility that I visited recently. I have interacted with the staff and owner at various times. Helpful in designing kitchen layout and providing a good quality cabinet for a reasonable price. I have also purchased flooring material and find them to be reasonably priced.
