this location has the best employees! I wish I knew the girl's name who took my order so I could give her the appropriate shout out... hopefully the receipt will show it, but she was so enthusiastic, kind, and quick to take my order. at the window, I could see all the employees. everyone was so happy and singing, and joking around, and that made me happy to know they enjoyed their job. raises/bonuses should be given to all of those working this shift on this shift.

I loved the service the guy went around and ask ever single table if you need anything! I was so nice and they have a play area too. The one in Pittsburgh took theirs out. And it was decorated so nice and very modern!

This is a busy, but good Chick-fil-A restaurant. The parking lot is weird with no entrance on the side of the building where we parked. The drive-thru line was backed out onto the road, which I've seen here before. The restaurant was nicely decorated inside, but I did have to go to the counter to get my own drink refill. The food was good, which is important.

Okay so we all know almost everybody is nuts for Chik Fil A and loves them, myself included. Their food is always good and the restaurant chain has high standards for their employees so service is almost always great too. So when I visited this location in Washington, PA during a busy, Saturday dinner rush I knew what to expect. So now for why I am giving two stars for atmosphere. There were a lot of full tables so the dining room was busy. Towards the back near the play place two guys were sitting (probably in their late teens). They appeared to know a staff member or two cause they were calling out to them by name and goofing off. One guy kept belching really loudly. It was gross, obnoxious and immature. Really put a damper on dining in. Management should make sure the young staff knows what is or isn't appropriate and they should make sure that their manner-less, gross friends stay home.

If you drive threw, they're is no way to look at a menu. They have workers come to your car way before the menu board and block access. It's ridiculous. I love the food but I don't go just because I like to look at menus.

Greeted with friendly smile inquired about your day. Associate was helpful in adding my purchase to my rewards. Offered free refill of lemonade. Chicken sandwich waffle fries brought to the table. Temp was good meal was satisfying.

Very clean restaurant and the typical friendly service that you’ve come to expect at other franchise locations. Mobile order for breakfast came out fairly quickly. Would like to check this location out sometime when it’s busier, but no issues inside during the early morning hours.

Very very slow. Order was wrong but we were traveling and already on the interstate before we realized. Bathroom was dirty. Condiment station was dirty. Not impressed. Probably the worst Chick Fil A we have been to.

as busy as this chic fil a gets (it gets very busy everytime I go) the wait in the dine-in line never feels long, staff is always aware and attentive, as well as patient, and I always leave with a smile on my face. and the men's bathroom has mouthwash which I thought was a special touch. I don't know if that's standard but it's a plus😁

I don’t ever leave reviews but I just had to say something about how sweet Ashley was while taking our order. If anyone deserves a good day and a raise, it’s her, 100%. Quick, happy, and hilarious - I loved her so much. Just the nicest person you could imagine while working customer service. Thanks, Ashley! ☺️

Drive through was quick during my lunch hour. Unfortunately the kid taking my order got it wrong after I repeated it back twice. I was overcharge and they gave me free fries to try to make up for it, which I guess was nice but not what I wanted. The food was good except for the lack of salad in my side salad which was very shallow and I was bummed.

Love the Pimento Cheese Chicken sandwich and the Carmel Shake to die for. Jay, the cashier was the friendliest and most polite associate I have encountered, an asset to your business.

This Chick-fil-A is always on point. Fast, friendly service. Great fresh food. The only complaint I have is that the drive thru menues are in the wrong place for their order system during busy times. I really prefer to look at the menue when I'm ordering and may even order more if I had one to look at. I know the order runners carry laminated menues but there's alot of pressure to decide on the spot. Other than that, I really love their food and they offer a few great Gluten free options.

The staff was very welcoming, the restaurant and play are were super clean, and the food was delicious. The only complaint is that there is only one lane into the parking lot and if you go at lunch time you are NOT getting in. The drive thru line extends out to the street. We had to park at a different building and walk to eat inside.
