    I arrived at the Andover centre this morning to drop my car off for an MOT & interim service to be told to wait outside (at 8:55 when they open at 8:30) because they had only just turned up & that all MOT tests are "sacked off" today because the MOT tester hasn't turned up (for the 3rd time in a week apparently). The manager on site was extremely unprofessional in his attitude, offering no apologies to myself or the other customer that had arrived for an MOT, merely stating that it wasn't his fault, & that we needed to contact customer services (that are only open Mon-Fri during office hours) to get our payments refunded. I only hope that customer services process my refund swiftly as it will be additionally unfair of them to hold on to customers' money after giving such disgraceful service.

    Arrived at 8:30am to drop the vehicle off for its service and MOT, which were booked online a couple of weeks in advance, only to be told "we have no MOT tester, the earliest we can do is October". Great, my MOT runs out this week, so now I have to scratch around trying to find somewhere that can take it, which is during the week, when I'd intentionally booked a weekend slot as I wouldn't need the vehicle. Not good, but leave it with them for the service. 3:30pm rolls around and I get a phone call saying that they haven't serviced it either, because the manager went home ill at 11am. Not being funny, but a. Surely the manager doesn't do all the work by himself, what has everyone else been doing all day? And b. why wasn't I told sooner? The guy that phoned said he'd only been there 15 minutes, but surely there is more than one person working there, could none of them come up with the bright idea that it might have been wise to let customers know sooner rather than later? Will not use again. Just useless.

    Took the wife’s car down today. Booked in with Blackcircles. Original slot was am, that got cancelled. I was told pm was available and they called the branch to confirm. I was told the tyres were on the way and pm was good. I arrived today and it seems to be a similar story, no booking even though I had the confirmation email. I was told the tyres were not there. Lesson learnt, back to Micheldever tyres. Avoid this place, it was a ghost town there, someone was after an easy Sunday shift I guess.

    Had used F1 before, but not again... Booked to have 2 tyres fitted online. Turned up on the day to be told the "air compressor had frozen" so please reschedule. Turned up at rescheduled appointment, days later, to be told "technician is off ill", so reschedule again. Turned up a third time, yet more days later, to be given another excuse. Terrible attitude on the desk. Complete waste of my time. Refunded via customer services and rebooked with Halfords mobile fitting for the next day. Halfords were great - cheaper, came to me on time, and job was done in 20 minutes.

    Unprofessional and incompetent. Having used the services of this establishment a few times in the past, I’ve had a multitude of issues including but not limited to wheel nuts being left finger tight, wheel alignment not being carried out when paid to do so, they have also on numerous occasions damaged my wheels when fitting tyres. I’ve also had issues with MOT tests to which VOSA are investigating. It’s clear some further training is needed for the staff at Andover as I’ve had positive experiences in other centres.

    UNPROFESSIONAL DISHONEST UNTRUSTWORTHY - Rather than correct a simple mistake made by salisbury branch when repairing a puncture (bead leak) - they ANDOVER branch decided to destroy the tyre and by shoving a blade in beside the “mushroom repair” and claim that the tyre was unrepairable in the 1st instance … i wasn’t born yesterday, that repair was solid and airtight when i removed the wheel, there was no cut or tear to the side of the repair.. i saw the guy at Salisbury ream the hole out clean n round on sunday … I’ve worked in the tyre trade i know what you did you muppets … thanks

    Terrible experience and should have learned last time i went there . Booked my car to change only one tyre as i had puncture for 9:30 . Obviously manager said he doesn’t have enough stuff . They never have enough stuff. 2 cars before me but it took them 3 hours to change one tyre. Why is there even booking time . No apologies and very unprofessional stuff . Last thing toilets are absolutely disgusting looks like it never been cleaned. Never coming back

    Very unhappy with this company. Ordered my tyres through Black Circles and booked them to be fitted on the 21st of October. Went in to get them sorted and their tyre machine had broke, fair enough not something they can help. Rang pretty much everyday the next week to keep checking, nope wasn't fixed yet. The next Monday rolls around I give them a call in the afternoon and ask if I'm okay to bring my car in at 5:30, "yep all good bring it in then" asked to leave work early to ensure I got there on time. Turned up at 5:20pm to find they had closed for the day when it states they are open till 6pm. This is not on at all, the customer service over the phone is not great. I'm pregnant driving on worn tyres in wet weather and now have to make up the time that I took off work early. I rang them back the next day to be told that they had no staff and that's why they closed early. And that they can't do my tyres today because they need to catch up on MOT'S that they didn't do yesterday and to come back tomorrow. Very disappointed and frustrated with the garage again this evening. Black Circles rang them yesterday and the garage told them that my tyres would definitely be fitted today as promised. I turned up and they told me that they don't have a tyre fitter in today at all and so they can't fit my tyres until tomorrow and that I need to come in even earlier. Not impressed in the slightest, will not be using this garage again

    We were recommended this garage after we found a flat tyre on our A1. The entire experience took less than 45 minutes and that includes driving the car to the garage! The team were so helpful and we couldn’t be more impressed with the service we received. Thank you again!

    Absolutely fantastic service from the Andover branch. Called up on Saturday late notice after getting a puncture on my Alfa romeo. They didn't have my tyre in but managed to get one in the next morning at a reasonable price! I didn't get the chaps name, but he went above and beyond for me, and I couldn't be happier.

    Well kept, clean & modern. Best prices are to book online. First full service, & another MOT. Only used Formula One for tyres previously. Disappointed as car has only done 35k and needed front discs & pads plus one tyre best price they could give was £420! But as an MOT failure was not fit for the road so couldn't drive away without getting work done immediately. Staff polite, knowledgeable and turned vehicle around quickly.

    Delayed review 🫣 sorry My MOT was missed back in December due to illness. I was panicking it wouldn’t get done in time! I search google and came across Formula One…the price was better than my original quote and they got me in the very same day! I got there and everyone was so polite and kind (even though they were super busy and stressed, they took time to reassure me) I was a mess and the were so understanding! I waited for it to be done (which didn’t take long) and when Kieran was finished he came through and said he’d sorted my tyre pressure at no extra cost! (I’d had a warning light for days) I am so grateful to all three men who I spoke to 😊 Kieran, Mike and Mark, you’re amazing, thank you.

    Awful, multiple questionable experiences with these people, but honestly avoid them at all costs, there is a reason why they have the most opened slots in this area compared to other garages..

    priced matched cheapest tyre price, fair play will use again, went again 2 weeks later but got left like a lemon in reception for over 10 mins without being dealt with, they knew I was there, another guy also left and 3 calls ignored, was all set to spend close to £400 on tyres but obviously they don't need the business , won't use again

    Booked online and paid 15 days before MOT. Got there only to be told i had no appointment despite my email confirmation and follow up email reminder, matey at the garage said i should of rung, what's the point of online booking if you've got to ring?! Can't say I'll be going back there again! 1st time customer n all....
