We are trying to get in contact with the front desk reception area at 10:00 am on a Monday. It rings once and goes to engaged. We are trying to sort out a billing issue. Why would the reception not answer the call after 15 attempts over 2 hours. Embarrassing. Tried to call again today. There may be a problem with the phone system. I need help to contact them.

The covid precautions are the very best. The staff are helpful. We saw Mr Khan for my 12 year old daughter, he was very kind and gentle with her, she was very nervous before we went in but she didn't need to be.

First and foremost, the staff at the centre are amazing. They looked after my son who is 13 and put him at ease. Every member of staff we interacted with were happy to help and friendly. The facility was smart and very clean. I would highly recommend !!

I cannot thank the Wellington Hospital for everything it has done for me so far! Mr Goldberg and his team have always taken such good care of me and have always been kind and welcoming. Before going private I had such little faith in hospitals and doctors but this place has helped give me back the confidence I needed and helped me to feel safe in their care. If you have been struggling with your health, I cannot recommend them enough and getting in touch with them to see if they can help! I’m not at the end of my recovery yet but I have a feeling my operation and my experience here will be life changing!

Dr Persey was lovely, making us feel at ease and he had a very pleasant manner. He described everything clearly and we went away feeling as though we had been given the best advice possible. A special thanks to his secretary who was also helpful and reassuring. I would certainly recommend him and his staff.

Had an appointment with my little son, Milan to Dr Benjamin. He was so relaxed ,he listened everything with calm and he did explain me everything after that and suggested what I have to do, so I got all the information I needed. He was also so understandably with my little one which was running over there and been curious about everything he seen. Thank you

I visited the medical centre yesterday (7/7/2023) and can only speak very highly of the experience. From the young man on the reception desk, the lady who booked me in, and of course Mr Welck, my consultant, I can only say it was a positive experience from start to finish.

Good location. Good hospital, free parking, seen on tone and looked after

Has a very good experience here with our Dr. We have been seen by private Dr in the past but no one has ever taken so much care an attention as we received at The Wellington. The facilities were very clean and staff all so helpful. Parking was free and there was lots of it. The only downside is it the distance from my house (2hrs drive😋), but I appreciate it's my decision to come and I certainly would go back. I would highly recommend this hospital.
