The clinic is great! They have lots of great treatments and packages. The therapists are all very good. I had Colin who is very good with the treatments especially with CACI. I had Milena today who carried out 3D lipo and was very good at carrying out the treatment. She is friendly, she explained everything very well and was understanding and compassionate. I would highly recommend her and the other therapists as well, Colin and Hayley.

I was so impressed with my floatation session. It was a gift from my friends after having my baby and it was such a relaxing experience. The place was so clean and calming and I was so impressed that they provided everything you needed after including deodorant,hairdryer and facial creams. Would highly recommend trying this experience and especially at Create Your Beauty!

I went here for Flotation tank and Sports massage. Staff were friendly and helpful. Floatation tank was very good experience. The temperature of water and air was very well maintained giving a unique experience. I would recommend keeping the tank door open for a while after each use as it felt CO2 levels were slightly elevated in the tank. Massage was very well delivered. Masseuse (I believe it was Hayley) was very good at identifying knots and apply good amount of pressure. overall very happy with the service and value for money.

I visited CYB for electrolysis yesterday. Unfortunately the machine was a bit hit and miss, but Hayley persevered and did a very good job calmly and professionally.

A wonderful treat. Relaxed friendly atmosphere. First time using a floatation tank and I was made to feel welcome and reassured to make for a very pleasant experience.

The Reflexology session was very relaxing, Colin was very knowledgable and made me feel at ease. I’m looking forward to future sessions and seeing positive results over time.

Had an amazing bespoke facial which started with a back massage. A total of 90 mins of relaxation, and my face is glowing. Thanks Hayley.

I had a very good experience during my dermaplaning facial with Colin. This was my first time but Colin explained the process clearly and tailored the treatment to my skin’s needs. I did feel good during the treatment but started to see the real results after 1-2 days. The difference was very clearly noticeable - suffice to say I will be back. Thanks, Simmi

DO NOT GO HERE FOR ELECTROLYSIS. Not only will it not work to remove your hair, but you will be left with scabs that last a week or more and will eventually turn into scars. I was told that this was normal and when weighing up my goal of being hairfree vs some scarring that I would hope to fade over a few weeks / months, I chose to continue until it got to a point where I was shaving my face every week finding that my hair was not actually reducing and the scars made my face look hairy anyway! I complained, sent photos and requested a refund and was told they don’t offer refunds and it’s at the managers or owners discretion, who ultimately refused the refund and suggested I used the remaining money for other treatments from them. I was not prepared to do this as I had no faith in them. I find it abhorrent, as a salon, if you have outdated equipment and your staff aren’t properly trained, that the customer has to suffer the consequences. I hope the £150 that was remaining is reinvested in training staff and updating equipment as I do not trust these people to work on my face.

Sorana was very professional and friendly. She made me feel very relaxed. I especially liked the super great massage that she gave me. I would surely come back for more. I highly recommend Sorana.

Disappointed, the price advertised for a couples massage was out of date on the website and so was charged more than expected (they refused to honour their prices online). Poor customer service, massage was ok.

Sorana was nice and kind, and she made me feel very comfortable. The massage was very pleasant and the level of pressure just right. I felt relaxed and unwinded. I'd recommend it.

I had the most relaxing massage and facial from Sorana. She was lovely and really helpful when I was asking lots of questions about products afterwards. I will definitely be back for further treatments and intend to buy my Elemis products from there in future.

Having a wax is not the top of my favourites list. However, how lovely to have a pleasant chat with the very friendly and gentle Hayley, who is very professional but has the right balance of putting you at ease whilst being interested in what you are saying. Thank you for doing what you do.

First time having a full body massage and Hayley was very helpful when explaining the process, good massage and I left feeling very relaxed. Will definitely be booking again
