I have been coming to Koia since 2010; it is truly a space haven in Notting Hill. The quality of services and treatments are second to none. I’m always so happy to see Cindy, who is attentive to all her customers and staff. I’ve been suffering from a lower back issue for over ten years, and it’s my go-to place to get me back and feeling good. I just had a super awesome treatment from Javier a new therapist who has just joined the team. He specialises in remedial and sports massages; truly excellent, and I have left feeling great and ready to train!

Hi Jorge Thank you so much for the massage yesterday evening it was really wonderful and very beneficial. It was great that you have so much knowledge about the body and how everything in our bodies are so interconnected. I really felt as if I learnt a lot about looking after my back and the exercises are very useful, I started them this morning with my yoga. All the best Sarah

I previously had a swedish massage with Ola which was fantastic, beautiful setting and very relaxing. I was also presented with a small gift at the end. On this occasion I booked a remedial massage, the masseur was nice however I was not happy with the treatment areas, I've had a remedial/sports massage before and it was focused on various parts of the body with continuous motion throughout the whole session. This massage felt more like a treatment session focused on one part of my body, I had to participate with certain movements and tensing during the massage. It also finished 7 minutes early and when I had to mention this which made me feel very uncomfortable. He completed the rest of the time however the room was very cold, the air conditioning was up quite high. As clients of a place like Koia you would expect to be asked if the temperature is right etc Overall disappointed with this session. The receptionist was very kind and helpful.

I had a great remedial/deep tissue massage with Valentina, she was friendly and very skilled. She killed the two giant knots in my back and I can now stand up straight again - I feel great! The staff at the front desk were also very warm and welcoming. A lovely atmosphere.

My first experience with Koia London was fantastic!❤️ The tea from the waiting area is the best tea tasted ever. Maria Oana was amazing! She made me feel very comfortable during the all session. She is very friendly, kindly and sociable. With all her professionalism she applied the right pressure I needed.I am so grateful and my body is more relaxed now. I highly recommend this place and definitely I will come back for another massage!🙂

I want to preface by saying that the few masseuses I’ve had here are all incredible and wonderful as people (specifically Maria and Cristina). After todays treatment I am extremely disappointed in the management. I am a regular customer who visits twice a month. I was put in a room (not for the first time) which was freezing cold, stark bright, and extremely loud from street noise. I couldn’t enjoy the massage at all, and left feeling more tense than I came in. When asked upon paying, how my treatment was - I explained it was great but the atmosphere was awful. For an upscale establishment with upscale pricing this isn’t acceptable. Simple blackout curtains and a heating pad could fix this problem (for all clients). I was offered a laughable 10% off on a £150 treatment. I am very disappointed with the way the management and ownership of this spa handled the situation.

Agnieszka was incredible. I had the best pregnancy massage at 36 weeks on the table made for bumps! She really worked on my specific problems, whilst also making it a lovely and relaxing experience. I am definitely going back and can definitely recommend others coming here. So grateful.

Koia is a local gem in Notting Hill. Cindy is warm, professional and attentive to her customers and team. My therapist Valentina is wonderfully skilled, has a sweet and positive energy — and gave what felt like a genuine personalization and care. I look forward to booking in more time and more times.

Javier gave an excellent pressure massage, working into a tight shoulder that has given me a great deal of relief. Thoroughly nice guy too. Highly recommend

This was my first time at Koia. I usually find it challenging to fully relax during massage, but this time I nearly fell asleep, it was SO GOOD! Thank you so much for my Aromatherapy massage hour, I left feeling pampered and rejuvenated.

As a former professional athlete (cycling) and a current professional sea kayak instructor and guide, I have had more than my share of injuries and massage and physical therapists. Olga knew precisely where the hot spots were and how to relieve the radiating discomfort. After only one session, I had none of the radiating pain I had for weeks. Unfortunately, as a visitor from the US, I wish I could book a regular maintenance session.

Best massage I’ve ever had in a gorgeous environment. It was such a pleasure spending time at Koia and I will definitely be returning!
