7/09/23. Time 09:30 who serves at euro car part desc in Chessington branch he doesn’t know how to talk with customers. Bought online rear disc. There is no clear information disc with bearing on it. Instead of teaching me how to choose right one to keep customers happy he is laughed on me and he was rude looks like I done something wrong. I’ll never ever come back here . Someone have teach him how to behave.

Good store and the staff were excellent however finding the place was a bit difficult. There needs to be a sign on the entrance to the park (apparently there is a sign) but I could t see it when I passed it twice.

Ordered wiper blades for kia carens. Had to chase 3 times , having not received. Branch delivered yesterday, package obviously been opened b4 , sealed up with duct tape. Blades with swivel end supplied will not fit "U" shaped end of arm , MUCH BIGGER , so now I'll have to ring or take the buggers back..what a faffing nuisance....

The worse customer service I’ve ever experienced in my entire life today with guy at the counter. I will never ever spend my money with euro car parts again and I will start to introduce their competitors to all my friends Mechanic’s garages and dealerships.

The guy at the counter was very helpful and very knowledgeable… normally it takes longer but i was in there for 5 minutes.

I needed a new rear wiper blade for my Honda CR-V and failed to get one at a few places before someone recommended that I try Euro. They had exactly what I needed and with the bank holiday offer it only cost me £2.50 - result. I ordered in advance on line and just picked up my order from the counter. The guy who served me advised me to try the wiper blade before I left and to come back in if it didn't fit and he'd help me if needed. The staff were friendly and professional, I had to queue as it was busy when I visited. Great experience and I will use them again for sure.
