Been interested in a massage chair since early 2018 but felt that there was no real need for novalty. But now, working from home and bound by restrictions, it just seemed to make sense. In the UK there seems to be a small demand for these chairs and even more so UK supplied and installed. Prices vary from as little as £500 to £15,000 maybe even more. Sometimes the imported chairs are cheap but have an extortionate delivery charge. I had to research what it is that separates these chairs to have such a wide price range (the main and contributing difference would be the message technology used; 2d, 3d or 4d)? Obviously, purchases can be made from eBay, Amazon and sites not UK based, China being the more common supplier for these chairs. For me, not having a UK based supplier is no reassurance that should the chair breakdown, how quickly could it be repaired? Come December 2020 I stumbled across Weyron. A brand which for some reason didn't come up often or at all when Google searching. They do however have Facebook presence which is up to date with recent posts. I was surprised to find out they are UK based with a showroom in my home town of Milton Keynes. But due to the second lockdown I was unable to demo a chair. However, being content with my own research, back and forth emailing with their sales team and justifying a purchase by not having a holiday in 2020, my wife and I finally made our purchase after almost 2 years of contemplation and doubling our initial budget. 48hrs later after placing the order the chair arrived, securely boxed, wrapped in plastic and partially disassembled. Prior to this the sales team gave me an ETA of arrival and enforced a strict social distancing method whereby I would instruct them where to place and assemble the chair (master bedroom on the first floor) then to demo the chair, I had to watch a demo video  which was emailed to me the night before. Despite there being an issue with a section of the chair, they managed to get spares from their warehouse, come back in 20mins and had it working within 10mins. If this purchase was made elsewhere, God knows how long it would take to fix. They also took away all packing leaving me with nothing to throw away Big thanks to the team at Weyron. Great first experience with this company. Chair is great and more than what I expected for a 4d and their middle of the range chair. What more if it was their top of the range version. 👍

Great range of chairs and helpful staff. I have fibromyalgia and was so pleased to find the right chair for me (Grand Royal Grey). This chair allows easy access and there’s no need to step onto the foot massager section prior to sitting - which anyone with painful feet might find tricky. The range of programmes is vast and I’m sure there’s more I could access but I prefer the simplicity of the easy to follow screen and the programmes more than meet my needs. I have my go to favourites whether that’s ‘text neck’ or the am morning wake up session etc. The ease of turning the intensity of the massage up or down and the great sound system allows me to play my music, get deep relief and relax. I used to need to use the chair daily but now only about once or twice a week. It’s a real asset and so much nicer to get pain relief any time of the night or day.

Before ordering the master supreme chair I phoned and spoke to Daniel who gave me the info I needed, after looking online at other chairs I decided the Weyron chair was the one. So placed the order on the Monday and received the chair on the the friday of the same week!! Chair was delivered and put in our room after taking sides off to get through a fairly narrow door then re fitted once in place. The delivery guys were very efficient, showed me how to use the controls etc. First time I used the chair I didn’t want to get out…. It was incredible!! Then I struggled to get the wife out of it too. I can honestly say it’s the best purchase I’ve made in many years. Thanks Daniel and Weyron.

I had bought a massage chair from them back in 2018. It worked very well throughout this time and is a very good money’s worth. Recently i had to disassemble it to move to another room, in the process i broke one of the fittings accidentally. I emailed the Weyron showroom with description and photos of the part. I got the email back the same day offering to send me the part. No payment was required as the cost for this part was insignificant.. according to Weyron. For me that part was very important and valuable. I am very much impressed and grateful to their customer service. And the chair is still in very good working condition. Thanks Weyron.

Amazing service for the installation of my massage chair in an attic room. I have been using the chair for 2 weeks and it is very good. So many different sessions and options to choose from and very deep massage.

Great massage chair. We were looking for a massage chair since we saw one in a flower show. we were not too keen to buy it from online retailer for reliability, we checked Weyron massage chair website and realise there is a showroom in Milton Keynes. We spoke and booked our appointment. We had brilliant experience when we went to showroom to look and try the chairs. Daniel showed us all chairs with a little brief and let us make decision on chairs we want to try. We tried four different chairs (all except least and most expensive), all chairs were good but both of us ranked Felicity as number 1 on our parameters. Daniel helped us in explaining and understanding functionality of each chair without pushing us to buy any specific chair or any chair, this helped us to take unbiased decision. We have spent almost 2.5 hours on different chairs. We ordered Felicity chair on Saturday and requested for early delivery and to our surprise we received a call on Sunday about available Monday delivery slot, so from ordering to delivery it took only 48 hours, we also want to mention that ordering process was also quick and super efficient. Once we made up our mind and said yes, it took less than 5 minutes to complete the order. We are using this chair since last 3 weeks, at least 3 days in a week and enjoying various options and message at our home. Very happy with our purchase. Thanks, Daniel.

Absolutely fantastic, there's nothing else to say! Was helping my dad order a massage chair for my mum on their anniversary and Weyron were brilliant from start to finish. I called them on a Wednesday and asked for a Friday delivery, 'sorry we can't do that, but we can deliver tomorrow'! The customer service on the phone were polite and so helpful. The fitters were brilliant. My mum and dad are happy, and I'm most thoroughly impressed with Weyron! I have not got anything but praise for them and can wholeheartedly recommend them!
