Perfect location for this holiday inn. Stone throw from the MK centre so plenty of fast food/restaurants around. Hotel is nice and modern looking. The Aussie lady at check in was awesome. So friendly and talkative. Exactly what is needed from front of house staff to make you feel welcome. Executive room was nice but could do with some modernisation to match the lobby/surrounding area. Room came with all the complimentary bits you'd expect from an executive room. Bathroom was medium sized and suitable for a short business trip. Gym was very small but it has enough equipment for a quick workout. Didn't use the pool but the steam room was great. Also the lady at the reception was great. Super friendly. Just remember to take a pound coin for the lockers! I didn't eat at the hotel so can't comment but there are plenty of halal options at the MK centre.

The customer service here is exceptional. I really recommend using this Holiday Inn as all the staff build a rapport with you and all other guests, whether it's coming back as a returning customer or having breakfast. Tasty breakfast too! I hope to come back.

Didn't stay at the hotel but am a member of spirit health club. Rachel always goes above and beyond for me and my little boy, making sure we have everything we need and always seeing if there's anything she can help with to make our swim enjoyable. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she deserves lots of praise and recognition for her kind and helpful nature and willingness to go the extra mile.

We come for swimming lessons. Rachel is really nice and friendly when we come. Swimming pool is nice, though the changing room does require updating and cleaning, and the showers are usually cold.

FANTASTIC BAR SERVICE! Especially Peach! We stayed at Holiday Inn Mk for a 40th birthday for two nights and on both nights we went to the bar in the lobby. Luckily enough we were served by Peach who made the stay at Holiday Inn even more special. Friendly and fast service with a smile. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel if ever in MK again.

I went to Marco's New York Italians restaurant in the holiday Inn and it was great. Good selection of pizzas and pastas. My only recommendation is ask on the day is they can provide gluten free products as there was only gluten free pasta when we went

Been a member of the gym for some years, and the new member of staff Rachel is absolute diamond. Always cleaning, ready to help, has a bubbly and friendly nature, always greeting with a smile. And a special mention to manager Abs, who is very friendly, knowledgeable and has turned the club around !

Had a great stay here and very relaxing. The rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are great. Only a couple of criticisms were the restaurant was a little cold. And l found the car parking expensive. But other than that, it is a brilliant place. Well done to all the hard-working staff.

We’ll be back again. Amazing, comfortable rooms. Lovely communal space and perfect location, near to everything. Staff looked after us very well and were very welcoming and helpful. Perfect stay.

We had a wonderful time at the Holiday Inn. I stayed with my family over a weekend. The staff could not do enough to help and were pleasant throughout. Our rooms were clean as were the rest of the hotel facilities. Really nice to see this turn around of the Holiday Inn chain as they had previously started to look tired and run down. I would definitely return here again.

Great location as it’s right opposite the shopping centre. Easy to check in. Staff on desk were friendly & wonderful. Lovely bar & restaurant in the hotel which we used. Parking is quite pricey given outside the barrier it is free off peak hours with council parking. The rooms are super outdated unfortunately and the tv kept loosing signal so we weren’t able to watch the shows we had planned too.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Milton Keynes. It's definitely more fancier than a Holiday Inn I've stayed at before. The lounge area was so clean and so were the rooms. No unexpected noise from the neighbours or anything like that! The breakfast there deserves a special mention as it was absolutely delicious, especially the hash browns - they were done just perfectly! Overall a 5 star experience for me. Highly recommend this place if you are planning to visit & stay in Milton Keynes.

Stayed here for 2 nights, the room was clean to a high standard. Very comfortable beds, no noise from other guests and everything in our room worked perfectly as it should. The only slight thing I could grumble about is the decor of the room seems to be a little outdated especially the carpets. Other than that it was a 5 star stay. I would like to give a special thanks to two bar/restaurant staff called Peach and boe who were fantastic. Always had a smile on their face and their customer skills were brilliant. I'd definitely stay here again.

Booked an executive room. When walked into the room there was no A/c. Tried to call the reception using internal phone, but was unsuccessful. Went to reception, they were apparently not aware of this. However the room had an electric fan and the windows were left open. I will be surprised. The room decor is very old and worn out. Couldn't justify £160 spent on it for a night. Not sure if the location caused such a high price. Unless you need to be at the heart of the town, you may have better options.

What a brilliant stay we had! My hubby booked a night to celebrate my birthday, when we arrived the receptionist recognised this and went above and beyond to make our stay the best it can be. Room was clean, pitch black at night time and very quiet. The breakfast was delicious, I can't fault it. Thank you once again holiday inn for stepping up!

What makes this hotel lovely is the staff, all absolutely lovely and will help you if you need anything. Bar staff are great and helpful. Parking onsite is always available which makes a difference to most of the other hotels in the area where you have to pay extortionate prices to park on the street. The one negative would be that most of the rooms do not have wall sockets next to the beds however the refurbished rooms do, a small inconvenience for a nice experience!

Excellent central location. Overall great stay apart from bed a bit squashy! (hence the 4 stars). Fridge not working and no hooks by the door. But apart from that the staff were wonderful and it is very clean. Definitely will stay again.

Pros - Great location, lots of parking nearby, shops 1 min walk away, all staff were friendly and efficient, breakfast had a great selection and was well cooked. Hotel lobby bar is renovated and spacious, with a great dinner selection. Also has a Marco Pierre white restaurant too. Cons - The rooms are fairly dated. Even the executive room was old and in need of renovation. The carpets are stained and my desk didn’t have a chair. There’s an old heater instead of air con, but it worked okay. Gym on site is decent enough but doesn’t open until 6.30am which is a bit late for business guests. The tv didn’t have many channels tuned in and none of the +1 channels, which you’d get in a Premierinn as a standard. Overall I would stay again and hope it gets a renovation in the bedrooms at some point.

Love the location of the hotel (plenty of shops and restaurant in nearby shopping centre), easy free parking (ensure to log your reg at reception). Food and drink in hotel restaurant is also very nice. Although rooms (cheapest) are disappointing, oddly shaped, old and they don really impress. Gym and swimming pool is included. Gym is great, pool and steam room is average (a bit small and old). Nether-less if you after good location and you wont spend much time in hotel, defo good proposition.
